The Marvels had a crazy competition in its 2nd weekend between Hunger Games, Trolls, and Thanksgiving. I can see why that fell off. Brave New World has zero competition.

Oh it had no hope for its second weekend after it was basically dead in the water on its opening weekend.

I don’t get it, personally, but then, those same chills you got during that trailer are what I get every time the Supes trailer comes on the big screen, so to each their own.

Still, you can mark my words too: no superhero film is winning the summer.

It's actually sad that as meh as Brave New World is, it's easily better than every CBM from 2024 with the exception of Deadpool & Wolverine.

I do think that things will get better with Thunderbolts, Superman and Fantastic Four. I'm hoping Thunderbolts is good but I'm feeling quite a bit more confident about Supes and F4.
