I looking for some Clark and Lana help. Has Clark told Lana what he can do yet? And if so what season and episode? And I'm trying to watch the show season by season starting with season 1, I'm on season 2 now. So I'm not looking for a detailed answer, I don't want to spoil the show for my self.

Okay, I had to post this... Ian Somerhalder's career is going to the dogs... err, well. He's playing in a show about a dead dog, anyway.

See the article here:

Oh, and by the way: I sorta worked with the lighting designer for this show way back when, Brian McDevitt. I worked wardrobe on a touring bus and truck show he designed back in 1989, before he hit broadway.

Interesting bit of trivia and that gets me to having only two degrees of seperation between me and Tom Welling.

LOL!

My initial thought is that you shouldn't post your last name on the internet. ;)

I really like Reia and Conner. Although, I've usually seen Conner spelled, Connor.

You have a lot of time yet.. I like it when people have a few names picked out and wait until the see the baby to see which one fits best. I didn't do that for my first, but I did for my second.

Apparently, the real reason behind the production of Superman Returns being halted was due to script revisions. That isn't a good sign:

According to Variety:
http://www.variety.com/article/VR1117931927?categoryid=13&cs=1
The only hitch is, shooting isn't over.

The production took a five-week hiatus in September to allow for script revisions, and Singer returned to Australia in mid-October for another month or so of lensing.

Studio is still on track to release the revival of the Man of Steel franchise on June 30, 2006.

Five weeks for script revisions? That's an awful lot of massaging. Wonder what's up?

Anybody know how much the BB script was altered, and if the changes were significant after it was leaked to the public?

Yeah, they decided not to have Lex Luthor killing Superman anymore, as they didnt think the acting would be up to par with the performance that the characters in Smallville gave and the emotional impact would be lost because of how well Smallville portrayed it. :p

I don't know much about these things, but a $250 mil budget seems excessive, even for Superman. Is it probable that this movie will make the studio $$ if they are sinking so much into it? That seems like a heavy burden for an unknown actor (even the Superman character) to carry.

Dayum.... That's amazing.

Maybe fans aren't the only people having problems with the direction of the story.

Things that make you wanna say MMMmmmmm......

maybe it wasnt script revisions . . . and it was costume revisions. hehe

anyway that's some serious time wonder what'll take to reshoot what they've done.

*snort!*

I think the huge f/x budget is going to be a big factor in people wanting to see this film. Honestly, if I hear the f/x are that outstanding and ground-breaking, I'm going to want to see them too.

For that kinda dough, they should be outstanding and ground-breaking.

I wouldn't think that script revisions by themselves would take that long.

Gladiator didn't even have a finished script when they started filming and they didn't to do a delay like that in the middle of the shoot.

Of course, they had like ten writers (most were uncredited) working on that off and on during the shoot, including helmer Scott and star Crowe. They had new pages daily but even that isn't all that uncommon.

Now that I've thought about it, I think something else was probably going on with SR besides, or in addition to, any "script revisions" that might need to have been done....

The first draft of Batman that was leaked was pretty close to the final product.
The biggest change I caught when the flick came out was the end scene b/w Rachel and Bruce. In Goyer's initial draft, Bruce tells Rachel that he'd give up being Batman for her, but she convinces him to remain being Batman. Fortunately, this was changed for the better. Another line that was removed from the final product was an homage to Miller's Year One when Batman encounters Judge Faden and his prostitutes (where he talks about "feasting on Gotham"). But Nolan and Goyer's first script was -- for all intents and purposes -- the final product.

If it ain't broke...

Supes on the other hand...
