Well I thought the other way around, I'm still young enough to enjoy my husband's company, and my kids are getting older, and I'm a little more comfortable financially than I was when I was younger.

Both ways work. :)
We had our first kid when I was 18 and in college I'll have both out of the house when I'm 42 . People always bash people for having kids that young but my 13 year old is gifted, taking some highschool classes, and was MVP on his football team. It wasn't planned but I hear people refer to young mothers like they are dirt alot and it upsets me.

This feature on Forbes is hysterical.

http://www.forbes.com/home/lists/2005/11/29/forbes-fictional-rich_cx_mn_de_05fict15land.html

They put a list on the 15 most influential fictional rich people, Lex Luthor and Bruce Wayne are on the list as is Lucious Malfoy.

I love this line on Bruce Wayne: "Rumors continue to swirl over long-time habit of keeping teenage boys as wards." LOL! :D Batman a pederast? Too funny...

Here's Bruce's entry: http://www.forbes.com/lists/2005/fictional/08.html

Here's Lex's: http://www.forbes.com/lists/2005/fictional/04.html

For my dear Hulk - because he's such a fan of compound 'ship words.

Okay, this is fun! I was over on tv.com and looked at the trivia for the episode Splinter and they said if you email Chloe as it's listed on the episode when Clark looks at her email ([email protected]) you get a reply...

Too funny, I tried it and got this in reply:

Hi,

Not sure how you got my e-mail, but thanks for saying hi. Can you
believe Lex Luthor is actually running for State Senate??? Check this
out, some students at CKU already put up a website supporting his
campaign...

Scary if you ask me. Check back with me in a couple of weeks. I may
have something else interesting for you. Have a great one.

Cheers,

Hey guys,

Got back from West Palm Beach yesterday, thus no posts over the weekend. And it figures that's when everyone starts to post quite regularly. :)

Hope everyone had a good weekend.

For all you "Supernatural" fans, it seems the WB is going to be running it every night from Xmas night to New Year's. Which means they'll be running it post-Smallville for one evening:

Supernatural the Strip:
The WB will air six episodes of freshman drama Supernatural from Dec. 25 to Jan. 1. In addition to the regularly scheduled Tuesday 9 p.m. edition plus the Sunday 7 p.m. repeat, encore episodes of Supernatural will air Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday of that week at 9 p.m. ET.

Anyone see the new "Sci Fi Magazine" yet? It's the February issue, which makes no sense, but oh well! :) It's got a short piece on what to expect in upcoming episodes. The spoilers are pretty vague and mild, but if anyone wants them, remind me how to post in spoiler text (I forgot already!) and I'll post them.

OH!!! Post away. Here's the format:

Okay, I'll try it! :) From the sound of it, these are all for "Lexmas" through "Reckoning." All quotes are from Gough.

-- "You see [Lex] make a decision that's leading him down the path to the dark side." Sounds like this is in "Lexmas."

-- "The election puts [Jonathan] in a little bit of conflict with Martha because they're worried about Clark's secret and Jonathan's heart condition and all these other things."

-- Clark and Lana "are having problems in their relationship, and that's driving her to share things with Lex."

-- "Lionel starts to rear his ugly head again."

-- Oh, and in case you hadn't heard, "a major character is going to die."

Hmm.. Okay, nuthing overly new, but that's cool. I'm a spoiler ho, so anything even remotely spoilerific piques my fancy. Thanks, Gina! :D

If you haven't yet, do yourself a favor and check out the X3 teaser.

Now THAT is how you tease a superhero comic movie!

Now if you want to make a teaser to wet the appitite for said movie, this is how you do it.

I am soooo loving Kelsey Grammer as the Beast. Wow, and James Mardsen in two Superhero movies in one summer...what are the odds.;)

Darn my old computer I want to see the trailer for x-men =( Is it currently playing with any movies? I'll be taking my kids to see Narnia soon.

I have a pretty old puter too, but I was able to watch the trailer after downloading the latest version of Quick Time. It's a great trailer, and dare I say w/o starting a war, it's much better than the SR teaser. It gives you a good handle on what the film will likely be about, and there's a LOT of action scenes. It's a fun watch. I don't know if it's attached to any films in current release though.

When is its release date. The trailer made it appear that the movie was completed unlike SR.

Did you see the 9 minute trailer for Narnia that was released? It looks really good too.
