Wow! It was 79% for SV when I voted!! I nearly fell off my chair. How cool is that? Jeeze!!! :D

It's at 80% now, how cool is that.

BTW King Kong was awsome!:D

When I first read the article Smallville was like 4th with some uninteresting amount, then I went to vote and it was 80%. Wow! I hope they take notice.

King Kong was good Brainiac? I might go see it today. I'm torn, I've got some free movie passes but the theatre is a pretty crappy theatre, but the tickets have to be used before the end of the year. Not sure what to do.

It was a very good movie. Peter Jackson, I'm thinking will soon de-throne Speilberg when it comes to the big budget projects, if he keeps up the pace of amazingly done movies.:)

As far as your quandry, I'm not sure. If you do see it, hopefully a crappy theater won't ruin the movie experience for you.

King Kong was *amazing* although I did think the beginning was too slow. Once they get to the island though, hang on to your seats!!! Seriously.. some of the absolute BEST special effects I've ever seen.

Your right Serene, once they are on the island, Jackson justs throws one action filled situation at you after another. The effects were amazing, and the action almost gives you sensory overload.:p

I've just returned from seeing King Kong, and I paid and went to the better theatre. 3 hours in a crappy theatre didnt seem like the way to go.

It was a bit slow in the beginning and I'm not sure that I really liked the story they used to get to the Island, but whatever. Once it did get on the Island it was all very action packed and the visuals were amazing, although at times I didnt know where to look. Those closeup spinning around shots left me feeling a little dizzy. Great movie, worth the $7.50 I paid for it.

And the bonus was as soon as I walked out of the theatre there was a 10 x 20 foot poster of Cheaper by the Dozen and the amazing Tom Welling was staring me right in the face. :)

How 'bout them Chargers.

Hehehehe... deja vu. Gotta luv Internet polls. :D

The family finally made it into town and I still got tons of stuff to do so I won't be around as much this week so *hugs*....

Hope this is the right thread for this . . .

Watch for Tom, Michael, Kristin, and Allison on TV Guide Channel's "Close Up" tonight, 7 EST. I don't know if anyone else is interviewed, but at least those four are.
