But it was Harry WHO was employing him and using him to bring him back Spidey not the opposite.
What are you talking about?? Harry didn't employ him.
Harry: "Alright, alright, alright put me down. We'll make a
deal".
You get it?? A deal. A mutual beneficial agreement. Something for something. The tritium for Spider-Man.
Sheeeesh. Raimi couldn't have made it clearer if he tried.
Ock was just a tool in Harry grand scheme of things
Yeah, because Harry consulted his crystal ball, and knew Ock was going to come and threaten him for the tritium
Listen, if we're going to have a debate, then don't talk rubbish. Back up what you say with some proof, rather than making silly, off hand remarks like that.
Oh really ?
I have the Spiderman The Ultimate Guide written by Tom De Falco (with foreward by Stan Lee himself) and HERE IS what TOM SAYS ABOUT the REAL DOC OCK
"However, during a freak laboratory accident, Otto Octavius was somehow physically and mentally bonded with his mechanical arms, he had been turned into Doctor Octopus .
Since then, he has fought super heroes such as Daredevil and The Fantastic Four.
But Doctor Octopus is particulary obsessed with Destroying Spider-Man and believes that he will never know peace until he kills the web-slinger" (@ Tom Di Falco - SpiderMan The Ultimate Guide)
Oh, I'm sold. If Tom DeFalco says so, then it must be true. Lets just ignore the 40+ years of Spider-Man stories, where the ONLY time Ock seeked out Spider-Man to destroy him, was when he formed the Sinister Six.
Yeah, there's a guy who's focused on destroying Spider-Man
You prove otherwise, list me three Spider-Man stories where Ock's primary goal is to get Spider-Man, then we'll talk. Until then, the joke is still very much on you.
He totally HATES Spidey and the way he agreed to (all of a sudden) allowing him not only to remain alive BUT also to kill himself for the goodness of humanity is plain and simply bull****.....
Did you even watch Spider-Man 2??
Doc Ock in SM-2 had NO personal grudge against Spider-Man. He was nothing to him but someone who was in the way of his goal. A nuissance. Just like the in the comic books.
Capeesh??
