Another twitter poll asking who we want to see make the roster. Starfire is leading Constantine and Black Manta. Could we see her get revealed soon? The poll is similar to the one Blue Beetle got and he's now confirmed The next big event is on the 18-21, Starfire will probably be revealed there!

I like the way you think. There's a good chance we may end up with the Titans from JL vs TT. Blue Beetle is already in. Starfire seems to be next. Nightwing and Cyborg are guaranteed to return. Here's hoping Raven also returns. Beast Boy probably has no chance of making it though

My initial exposure to the Titans was through the animated show, so I'm always partial to that lineup ( Robin, Starfire, Raven, Cyborg, Beast Boy ). Ideally, I'd like to have that lineup.

but I certainly wouldn't mind the JL v TT lineup, either. Star, Raven, Blue Beetle, and Damian as Nightwing ( Regime Nightwing in the 1st Injustice was Damian, wasn't it? ).

I'd love to see Beast Boy, but I agree that he would be hard to pull off movewise - though he could be cool.

mainly, though, I just want my girl Raven in - as long as they give her face a makeover.

oh, and I want good Raven, not Trigon possessed demonic Raven.

I think if it hadn't been for him being revealed to be part of a stage transition, he'd be higher.

There was another poll that had Blue Beetle on it and he won. Was he that well known beforehand? Hell a few years ago for the first Injustice there was a poll with Batgirl, Supergirl and Power Girl. And Power Girl won that one. Was she that well known beforehand?

He's not that obscure. He's been part of the original Super Friends and its countless parodies, Brave and the Bold, Young Justice, etc. When the trailer with his stage transition was released, #BlackManta was trending.

Not to mention he's going to be the main villain in the upcoming Aquaman movie. Last game was mining on that synergy and I think this one will be too.

Black Manta being a stage transition does pose some problems for his inclusion as a playable character.

however, wasn't Martian Manhunter originally a background character and then he was added as DLC?

Not really the same thing though. MMH didn't interact with the fighters and was just simply in the background of the Watchtower stage. When he became DLC and was being used on that stage, they just simply removed him from the background. Similar to how Kitana and Skarlet don't appear in the background of the Coliseum stage in MK9 when they're being used there.

However Black Manta actually interacts with the characters and attacks them.(ala Darkseid). Being in the background is different from being part of a stage transition.

that is true. and that is a mark against Manta being playable.

that's true. but from what we've seen so far of Injustice 2, it looks like it is set in the Regime universe.

that being said, Joker seems too popular to exclude.
