i disagree, personally... for the longest time when a movie was first announced way back when, I wanted to see Leonardo DiCaprio to be Trunks...
he's a bit old now, but as far as being known or unknown, i say make it a known actor.

i can't understand your point of view...at least give us a name...I'd totally prefere an unknown actor if he's talented and he looks like trunks(there r lots of people that look like db characters in this world and just because noone important hasnt met them yet that doesn't mean we have to use outsiders)...now if u know a well-known actor that fits my description i'd agree with you...

I think having Trunks in a live action format would be great. He was always one of my favorite characters and I'd love for them to explore the complex relationship he has with his father.

Well, depending on how they edit the storylines for the sequels, I think it's likely Trunks will show up in some incarnation for the third movie. Here's my prediction...

DBZ (2) Saiyens/Frieza saga: Takes place 9 years in the future with an eight year old Gohan.

DBZ (3) Androids/Cell saga: Takes place 9 years after that with a teenaged Gohan and a young Trunks & Goten, baby Bulla, future Trunks.
