The Alice-Jasper pic is cute, although I don't like Jasper's hair.

Leah and Seth look good.

I like Xavier Samuel as Riley.

I'm not really digging what I've seen so far of Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria. She just doesn't look threatening or dangerous and half the time she has this deer in headlights expression. Rachelle Lefevre wasn't a good actress but at least she looked cool and cocky. Bryce looks scared half the time, and Victoria shouldn't look that way, IMO, she should look more predatory.

I don't know why Summit is twiddling their thumbs with the release date of the fifth movie for summer 2012. The Star Trek sequel already has the late June date to itself, Batman 3 has a mid-July release date, and a lot of the prime May spots are booked by other properties.

I see a June 7, 2012 release date or June 22nd.

I am reading Breaking Dawn at the moment and I can understand not wanting to show the sex scenes and pregnancy scenes. With that said I have read pregnancy and childbirth scenes, and needless to say, as most of us know it's very graphic and many fans were wondering how they were going to do that.

By showing everything or even a little bit of the scene it would most likely get an R rating.

Honestly though I think they should give a brief glimpse and just leave the rest to the imagination. To me the description of Bella being pregnant with Renesmee and of course the birth itself was so graphic, gritty, and somewhat disturbing that I can understand their relunctance. However if society can handle the likes of Saw and Hostel then what's the problem here?

Wife's cutting our camping trip short cos I got a pair of these from work. :csad:

No one hit that midnight showing last night? They must still be there attempting to catch their breath.

I saw it and I must say that it is the best of the series and for a Twilight movie its amazing but for a regular movie it's almost just as good, the acting isn't that bad and rathbon easily steals the show. They kept both Rosalie an Jaspers stories intact and that was awesome. I can only assume that they filmed more and that it is going to be on the Blu-Ray. Overal I'd say go see it and the action was badass, constant heads being ripped off and it was paced well. If you like this book you will love this movie. 8/10 for Twilight and 7/10 for your average movie.

I'm not ashamed to say that I actually enjoyed this one. David Slade did a great job toning down the dumb stuff and focusing on the important things.

Jasper and Rosalie's backstories were done perfectly, so glad they kept everything in, Pattinson and Lautner both acted better, only issue was I preferred Rachelle Lefevre over Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria, Howard just doesn't look menacing.

By far the best Twilight movie and not bad at all just as a movie, period. You definitely couldn't say that about Twilight or New Moon, IMO.

Interesting, my wife wants to see this, I guess I'll go check it out with her.

This made 30 million in midnight screenings alone.

And the combo of the first two movies in a double feature that was a one night only thing made almost 3 million.

I watched this tonight with some friends and it was very, very good. I was very surprised with how the content was handled. After reading the book I felt it was definitely the more darker, mature, and better written stories with a lot of interesting concepts in my opinion.

Perhaps David Slade should direct Breaking Dawn too? Because he has a good eye for visuals and themes.

My one and only complaint.

They didn't end the film from Jacobs perspective like the book. I always felt that was the best and most epic part of the novel in my opinion.

Just saw it. Just as bad as the previous movies in all ways but the action. And while those were fun to watch they were still held back by the poor FX. It's weird. I haven't really liked any of the movies but I still watch them and still plan to watch Breaking Dawn. I guess I like the story/ideas and even some of characters but the execution and acting is just so bad. It's probably because I'm big on love triangles; my favorite kind of drama.

Such a bad bad bad bad movie. The only highlight of seeing it was the people in the audience you could hear making fun of it.

Jasper and Rosaline remind viewers of how horrible Edward and Bella are. This franchise has the wrong lead characters.

Jasper, Rosaline, and Alice all should be the leads really. I found myself enjoying their characters more than anything dealing with anyone else.

I know those execs behind these movies must be begging Meyers to come up with a few more books

Kristen Stewart seems totally fed up with the franchise at this point. I think she is actually sick of it and all the baggage that comes with. Going by her performance she is just going through the motions until she can get away from it. She sleep walked her way through the movie. It's like she wasn't even trying to be believable or convey any real emotion.

Pattison tried, and for the most part he did well. The guy playing Jacob though? lol he seems totally out of his depth on this level. He's like a TV actor from 90210.

Them and the werewolves.

Kristen's acting in this movie is no different than the first two. She has never cared about this franchise. She only does the series for the paycheck. The indie films, which she loves to do, don't pay the bills.

The abs do most of the work.

You think the chicks care? This is akin to those big dumb action movies we like.
