Misfits was so good last night. Best episode of Season 3 so far even Curtis was funny this episode.

These Probation Worker jokes are killing me. Rudys feelings on Cheerleaders was hilarous.

So the show's still been good, even without Nathan?

Because he became a cartoon during the second series and people were basically throwing themselves from sky scrapers when they found out he was leaving the show. Don't get me wrong, I liked his character and I thought his Vegas webisode was a nice send off for the character, but he stuck out like a sore thumb in series 2. Not only that, but the dude who played Nathan started believing his own hype and got all big-headed

Good riddance to bad rubbish I say. I love the actor they have playing Rudy, he was top notch on This Is England, and the character of Rudy is the perfect balance of ridiculous and sincere.

Yep there were a few weak episodes but the last couple have been really good. Rudy has filled Nathans shoes as comic relief while being his own character. Kelly and Nathan have really stepped up this season without Nathan too.

The next This Is England spin off mini series This Is England 88 starts tomorrow.

I do like This Is England but 86 was a hard watch. Johhny Harris is the one of scariest actors on film or TV right now. He was crazy as hell in The Fades as well.

Lol, I was one of the people hurling myself from a skyscraper. To each their own.

Alright, I'll have to get back into it.

Best episode of the series for sure! So funny and perfect. I have been loving Misfits so far this season and I really dig Rudy :)

The writers of Boardwalk Empire should sit down with the writers of Sons of Anarchy and teach them how to write a proper season finale.

Truth

Boardwalk Empire has been one of the best things on tv lately

Breaking Bad is untouchable when it comes to good tv shows.

How are you liking the game so far are you enjoying it

I finished the game last night, its one of the greatest games that I've ever played. I still have to finish all the Riddler's challenges though, which are tougher than they were in Arkham Asylum.

They are, the final Predator challenge map (the one in the tower) for took me 20 mins to beat.

Hysteria - Film Review

tumblr_lw43w2VG4E1qjtjj7.jpg

Hysteria is a clever, cheerful, hilarious and romantic comedy about a Doctor whose career leads to the inevitable invention of the world’s most popular sex toy: the Vibrator. The movie is also very female empowering and reminds us of the position women used to be In the 1880s.

Directed by Tanya Wexler’s whose name doesn’t seem to be familiar with anyone, according to IMBD this is her 3rd movie she’s directed and so far the best reviewed one yet. I would say her job as a director was good, but I do felt towards the end with one significant scene, the pacing could have been a bit faster, still I felt the whole creative process of the film was done well. The Victorian era is well displayed here, the settings are good and feels like you’re seeing two small parts of London with their own unique voices, and the costuming is rich with detail. The few original soundtracks in the movie are cheerful and go well with the Victorian era.

While Dr. Mortimer Granville (played by Hugh Dancy) is the main protagonist of the movie and it’s his career ventures that led to the discovery of the Vibrator, I still feel the best performance and most important character in the story is Charlotte Dalrymple (Maggie Gyllenhaal) and this is because of Maggie’s powerful, charming and emotional deliverance with her speeches, she reeks of passion, compassion and female empowerment! She is truly a Wonder Woman! I loved her performance and hope she receives some recognition.

Lord Edmund St. John-Smythe (Rupert Everett) is the “Han Solo” of the movie. He’s a minor supporting character with a few scenes, but every scene he appears, it’s very hilarious and he comes off with very genuine charm and then there is Molly the Lolly (Sheridan Smith), the once ****e woman who is now a rather naughty “French” maiden, oh how I wish she could have her own spin-off just for my desires! A blogger can dream, right?

Hysteria at its’ core is not the most unique romance movie, in fact it becomes rather obvious who falls in love and how their character stories’ end, but this after all is based upon true events, so perhaps history truly can be a bit cliché as ideas transcend from time to time and adapt to its’ current society. I can warmly recommend this romance comedy to everyone. Don’t let the trailer fool you into thinking this movie is all about the vibrator, this is truly about the people around that era and female empowerment plays a very important role towards the end and of course the basic principle that vibrators are truly an awesome invention.

A film about one of the most wonderful inventions in the world

But if you don't beat them all he will think he has outsmarted you that cannot be allowed :ninja:

True.:funny:

Aside from the difficulty of the Riddler's challenges, the only other problem I have with the game is how easy it is to get overwhelmed by a large group of thugs, especially if some of the thugs who are attacking me have body armor, shields and knives.:argh:

But it does make it more satisfying when you kick their asses

Their shields and knives are no match for Batman's bat-fists :awesome:

I love when they taunt me because I know I'm going to shatter their skulls.
