I watched the Kill List which was a weird movie. Don't think it deserves the hype the critics have been giving it but it was alright. Any move with a crazy cockney smashing pedos head in with a hammer can't be all bad.

I have to say, it's quite funny still seeing posts saying that BlackLantern should be brought back, the truth is, the guy was an ass, and I'm pretty sure the mods were too intimidated by him and his popularity to ban him and take the blame themselves.
So, when i called him out on the flaming he was doing, they saw a way of banning him with the heat falling at my feet, and that's fine by me.
I didn't know he was close to getting banned, and wouldn't have called him out on getting away with the flaming if I had known, but I'm glad he's gone now.
but I can see why some folk wanted him around, he was like the 'wetworks' guy they sent in, to be verbally violent towards people they wanted to intimidate for political reasons, they knew he was a distasteful character and used that for their own ends.
There is another poster round here who is trying to do the same kind of thing, a muscleheaded ass who keeps spanking over Bane images and tries to intimidate with veiled threats of violence, he was also saying BL should be brought back, it's ridiculous, why bother talking about it? The wetworks guy is gone, and that's why he's gone.
and I don't mind taking the heat for that, in fact, I'm proud to take the heat for that. His posts were usually just a lot of reactionary rubbish anyway.

Anyway, lots of folk have been saying for weeks and weeks that they want BL back on the boards, and why, now i am saying why I am glad he is gone, and why, freedom of speech buddy, sorry you don't like that kind of thing, i think that is kind of the norm round here when you want to say something about a certain poster.
It's ok to throw everything but the sink at one poster, but how dare you say anything negative about such and such...ridiculous, and ironic, since some of the stuff thrown at the one poster is untrue, while other negative stuff that is frowned upon, is actually true.

Exactly. People always hide behind that when they get in trouble, but there's a limit to that with organization and jobs in which you have entered agreements with.

There's also a limit to how much people in charge are allowed to **** with you without it becoming malicious, vindictive and deliberately pushing you beyond what a human being can take over a long period of time. When it goes beyond tests and falls into the category of outright evil. When that happens, if you can't speak up for yourself, you're basically in a fascist regime, that thinks it can torture and maim people as much as they want and get away with it, due to these so called 'agreements'. They are in a position of deniability, so think they have carte blanche to do what they want without being called on it, well, they can think again.

edit: How can you respect that? The long time plans and grooming that have went into a usurper to attack and destroy the personal life and career of someone who has a more important job than them. And while they are under attack from *that* job's pitfalls, they swoop in and destroy them by any means possible, so they can have all the power.
