Tenant or the 10th Doctor is the only Doctor Who series I watched religiously before I axed BBC Entertainment from my cable to ease up my bill.

I liked the 10th Doctor. He felt like Ace Ventura/Jean-Luc Picard/Doc Brown all rolled into one and he carried it off pretty well. He had a few kinks but I liked his approach to things and I think he and Donna Noble had some great times.

As for him being an egotistical hypocrite...? Really? A guy who's lived and died at least 9 different lives yet sharing his same memories all throughout? The things he has seen/done? Ego and hypocrisy are easy to grow into. Just look at Batman.

I liked 10 a lot, but I ****ing LOVE both 9 and 11. That's the best thing about the new series. Even the "worst" actor to portray the Doctor is still ****ing brilliant.

The 10th Doctor had it worse than any previous incarnation or the current 11th. Hell, he had it worse than most other fictional heroes. He would literally commit genocide against hostile aliens in one episode, punish one of his own allies severely for killing hostile aliens under similar circumstances later and talk about how he's better than that, and then turn around and commit genocide again for an even flimsier reason than ever before.

He switched randomly between being wrathful and eternally patient with his greatest enemies. Four aliens destroyed his false life as John Smith, so he [blackout]trapped one in a mirror, froze one's body in time and dressed him up as a scarecrow in an empty field, trapped one in heavy unbreakable chains, and threw one into a giant black hole[/blackout]. A couple of episodes later, the Master killed 600,000,000 people [blackout]and enslaved the Earth, so the Doctor turned into Jesus and hugged him and said,[/blackout] "I forgive you."

He was a major hypocrit. His moral compass had no true North to point to. His definitions of right and wrong varied by how he felt that particular day, and he applied that inconsistent morality to everyone around him. And if you crossed the line (which you wouldn't have known was moved in the first place), he'd take you down regardless of the consequences. He ended Britain's Golden Age (which was historically supposed to be an age of wealth and prosperity) because the Prime Minister shot a hostile alien space ship out of the sky.

I just got done watching All Star Superman, I haven't read the series yet but I thought the movie was well put together.

I loves all the Doctor's even Colin Baker's

yeah if i recall correctly spider-man was always next in line from that company, electro is supposed to be the villain. another company already did a wonder woman one starring the chick who played catwoman in the 60's batman porn. i haven't seen the movie but i think i saw the trailer for it on youtube

I will be dissapointed if Black Cat is not in the movie

Colin Bakers Doctor was the worst.

Doctors 9 and 10 were both *****ebags but that was because of the Time War. Wiping out your entire species including your own family and friends after they go crazy is going to send you a bit crazy as well.

yes, but it ended on a cliff hanger. too much porno, not enough parody imo

the parody parts in the batman one were amazing and hilarious, but yeah the porno was very sterile and boring. now I have to go find the superman one.

But why, he was in like one thing. **** him.

Why does it matter? It's not like they are actually going to stick to the regeneration limit. The 8th Doctor has been in a ton of radio dramas, and is actually still doing them. If the BBC wants him in continuity then let him stay.

The BBC should put the 8th Doctor on screen. Give him a couple annual specials like Tennant got leading up to his departure.

They could call it Doctor Who the Lost Years or something.

A cliff hanger as in plot or a cliff hanger as in sexual position?

Also, 9 was not nearly the *****e that 10 was. I can't imagine 9 pulling half the crap that 10 did. Look at how 9 reacts to the Dalek in "Dalek" and how his attitude changes by the end of the episode. I think 11 is going to end up being the greatest Doctor of our generation. Look at how he reacted in "Victory of the Daleks." Defensive, absolutely but never genocidal. His attitude was simply "I'm always worried about the Daleks." Perfect. He'd much rather use a jammie dodger than an actual bomb.

Agreed. Especially with his new costume and screwdriver.

And can we talk about Captain Jack's fall into madness in Children of Earth for a moment? How can he ever find redemption after that ****?

He was promised tea! :awesome:
