lol I think it would be funny if Jupiter Ascending turned out to be a smash. Then I can look back and laugh at my posts that meant absolutely nothing.

It's hard to make a fair judgement on this movie, Tatum with those ridiculous elf ears is just too distracting.

It's a shame, really... some of the visuals in this movie really do look great... like Pan's Labyrinth great. But I can't see myself paying to watch this in the theater unless it somehow gets amazing reviews. I think it's mostly the two leads. I don't hate Tatum anymore like I used to but it just seems like there had to be a better fit for the hero here. Kunis might work in the "Neo" role but I again, I feel like a better actress could make the film a must-see.

According to Wikipedia the budget is $150 million. Don't know if it's true, bit it's a kinda typical budget these days for this kind of movie.

Everyone and their Grandmother knew that JA was a flop after watching that trailer, now it can quietly flop in February. Mila Kunis is cute but she is the best friend or girlfriend, she isn't a leading lady and Tatum is not an action hero.

Oh studios and their lies. They had Mila Kunis promoting the film on Ellen. The movie is probably tracking and testing horribly so they decided to move it out of the summer so they don't have The Lone Ranger of 2014.
