Yeah that's a photo from The Wire, I'm just saying the actor looks like Tyreese in the comics.

I was reading another article about it yesterday and it implied Daryl may have to be axed for Tyreese (if it's indeed him), since Daryl basically took his role on the tv show. More like a "what-if" thing but it scared me. I can't let go of Daryl!

I'm more of a fan of Daryl then I ever was of Tyreese, so... if they have to get rid of Daryl to bring him on, I'd rather skip him. Just sayin'.

And no, I'm not racist. I love Michonne (especially comic Michonne). LOL.

^^ I agree. Daryl is a fascinating character and has gone through a really interesting journey. When we first meet him, he is a loose cannon but he has really grown into the rock of the group. He possesses some very valuable skills and really is the de facto leader now that Rick has lost it. Daryl has a rough exterior but you can tell that he really cares for the group. I hope they find room for both Daryl and Tyreese.
 
I hope they are able to keep both too for a long while, that would make an interesting pairing, especially now that T-Dog is gone (R.I.P.) and Merle is back in the picture.

However, if I had to choose then I would keep Daryl. He definitely is a valuable asset to the group.

I'd welcome Tyreese to the group, but have to understand that the window of time to develop Tyreese with regards to the Prison and Governor arch is passed I feel. If we get Tyreese, his story will be pretty different than the comics. [BLACKOUT]I think bringing him at this point of the story just to fit the role of dying like he did in the comics, would be a waste.[/BLACKOUT] If he joins the group, aside from his personality, most his story would have to change I would think. Some of his fans may not like that, I don't know.
 
Well, if they got rid of Darryl, I'd like for him to survive. Maybe Merle does something to redeem himself (like kill/betray the governor), but still isn't allowed to join Rick's group. Him and Darryl could ride off into the sunset together. Possibly even show up later down the road again
 
I would be in serious mourning if they got rid of Daryl, even more so if he was killed off.
