If she had not adapted to the new world of zombies then they'd be saying she needs to die because she refuses to adapt. :whatever:

To me it´s clear they don´t have material for so many episodes. It´s getting boring, pointless and predictable.

I'm not sure what makes one form of entertainment more pointless than another... They're all there to serve the exact same purpose.

And what did you predict? What's gonna happen next?

I predict the episodes when i start watching them. I find something pointless when it stops telling an engaging story. The show moves too slowly and is too repetitive.

Plus, watching zombies getting smashed in the head isn´t exciting anymore. You watch something too many times, it loses the power. It´s like trying to scare you with a "boo" every 10 seconds. It ain´t gonna work

This is just my opinion and that´s why i didn´t even watch the last episode. It´s losing quality.

Uh, hey. Been hanging out at the Captain America forums... but I been watching Walking Dead and decided to check this place out.

I'd like to start off by saying I absolutely hate Abraham Ford. And then I'd like to say I don't like the direction they're taking Michonne.

You don't like character development? Because she's way better than last season.

I mean Rick, Daryl, Sasha and all them, they're pretty good characters. They're believable and I can relate to them. But Abraham's one of those guys who's all "Yep, I'm pretty much the most baddest person 'round these parts; don't cross me or I'll whip your tail!" I mean, I know he never said that but as soon as I saw him I just disliked him. Nothing wrong with the actor, Abraham's character isn't one I like; I don't find him believable nor relatable, just an opinion though.

As for Michonne, she's one of my favorite characters. To be honest, I liked her at first cause of her katana, and I always have a likening to Asian weaponry. But I've grown to like her more because they're fleshing out her background and you can see her new way of thought (accepting the group rather than leaving them like she would normally do). That form of character development was good. But now... she acts a bit cheesy (no pun intended). The way she acted with Carl about that crazy cheese (and joking with Carl) made her seem corny, and it's a huge step from the stoic and calculating Michonne we saw previously. I'm all for character development, but not if it's going to make Michonne some weird and cheesy person.

Not liking Abraham? That's a paddlin.

Not liking Michonne's direction when they are giving her awesome depth? That's definitely a paddlin.

Paddlin the Hype canoe. Ohhh you better believe that's a paddlin.

Well Abraham is a military guy that had access to all this crazy weaponry that he finally gets to use now that they world has gone to hell. He's goofier than in the comic, but it works because he's probably never had to lead anyone before. That's why he comes across so awkward and silly. If they treat him like in the comic you'll see his character's layers come out better, and I think that's where they're going. He's corny as hell on the surface, but he is like an ogre. He's pretty much Lixdexia. :o

Michonne had one cheesy(lol) moment with Carl, a stupid kid that ate a giant tub of pudding by himself just because he's a selfish bastard. Considering that Carl lost his baby sister and home she was trying to lighten him up. It didn't work, so she bonded with him over her past. When it came time for them to be serious she inspected the house properly. She was trying to get his mind off of how horrible the world is for a second, and she used a different tactic than what previously worked. You gotta remember that she went and grabbed a ton of comics for the kid, so they have a relationship where they can lighten up sometimes. I'm glad that she's talking and bonding with people besides her refusal to talk besides a bit of grunting from last season.

So I started reading the comics. I just finished Compendium One (the first 48 issues), which ends at around the midpoint of season four with the Governor's attack on the prison. All I have to say is "Holy ****."
Maybe you're with me on wondering when, if at all, we'll get this...

That's excessive. It was exceedingly boring, but not terrible.

I'd love to see Tyrese alone in the trunk with that little snow bunny. Zombies aside, we know that's how certain movies start off. :o

The episode was a tid bit off though. I'm glad that they did address Darryl's past but it seemed to drag.

It doesn't feel like it's the show's style to be quite so blatant.

It worked for "Game of Thrones", but now stuff like that always makes me think of this:
