Its not a good one either.:(

Meh, it sort of reminds me of a poor man's Led Zeppelin. I like it.

RIP White Stripes, but I guess the writing was on the walls when they had to cancel tours last year. Seven Nation Army remains one of my favorite songs to this day.

Well, we know that Jack will still continue to make music but I wonder if Meg will to?

ha, i can assure you meg will be entirely content keeping a low profile and sinking into anonymity.

Sonuva*****!:cmad: Never got to see 'em live.

But I'm happy that they are happy with the decision. Good for everyone involved.

I just dont know what to do with myself...
I never got to see them live...I never had the money. :(

Wha...?
Gah, why must good things come to an end? :csad:
But, at the very least, I understand their reasoning. This is a good thing they're doing.

^^they have 2 concert dvd's already. under blackpool lights was the first. then there was a box set that came out that included a dvd of their 10th anniversary show.

i was lucky to see the band perform many times. i saw them evolve from dive bars to big arenas. and every show was absolutely electrifying, almost religious in its praise to the rock gods. they are both great people, always a pleasure to see, and have an immense amount of passion and appreciation for music.

i got a dvd of them live playing in houston in 01 and under great white northern lights...and have seen blackpool lights but i wish i could have gotten to see them live

so jealous of you motown marvel.
