I'm even more psyched for the ninja fight now. If that pre-viz video is any indication, it is nasty!

How's the audio in that stunt crew vid and what can it reveal to us?

"Here, my arm falls off, and I scream, and I try to run - straight into the claws groin first, and Hank...Hank, a little more closer, that's it! Now Hank is going for the head with his sword, gets his leg ripped off and falls...right here, got it Hank?"

It used sound effects from the previous movies over rehearsal footage and storyboards. None of the main cast is there, it's played entirely by the stunt crew.

I'll say some of the ninjas' ends had some definite squishy sounds.

Wow I knew the alternate ending would be set after Yukio/Wolverine took the airplane. But never thought, it will feature the yellow costume!

That alternate ending looks great! The suit actually looks okay too, and the stuff that has been posted about the ninja fight sounds amazing. Cannot wait to get this BD now. So glad they are trying to get Mangold back as well, always liked him as a director but love him after TW.

...still the ending with Logan and Yukio on the plane, but now, before her "Interesting!" line, Logan asks what this case is that she brought on the plane. Yukio tells him to open it, and he gives her a look and she smiles.

So he opens it, and it's his suit! Mask and all. (and yes, it's that same one we saw in that photo that was floating around a few weeks ago). So he gives her another look, and she puts on a big smile and says the "Interesting!" line. And the scene fades out with the same two-shot, but now with them checking out the suit.

I kinda wish they'd left that in.

I wish they'd left it in just for the audience reaction alone. Wow!

I've never been on the costume bandwagon but I REALLY wish they'd left that in, it looks awesome. It would be cool if there was a way to attach the alternate ending the extended cut.

I must share a secret with all of you. I possess the gift of seeing into the future. And I've seen the extended Ninja fight. Good lord, I never expected it to be this bloody.

Wait, there is actually gonna be some blood in this? I thought it would simply be a long fight scene. Oh Lord.

Yep. When it says "Unrated", it means they took the PG-13, ran it down, and stomped on its bloody corpse.

Now I'm looking even more forward to seeing Mangold team up with Jackman again. But, and don't call me crazy, the next Movie doesn't need to be quite as bloody. I'm all for some creative dismemberment, but it's like, in those few scenes, they tried to make up for every single time they weren't allowed to show blood in the X-Men Movies. So much red.

From the first blade swing, till Wolverine ends up lying in the snow, I think the entire sequence was a bit longer than 5 minutes.

I couldn't believe my freaking eyes when I saw that. And I always wanted the Movies to be a bit more bloody. Maybe actually see a missing leg, or hand. Just a clean cut with a limb on the floor. Maybe creative camera angles so you don't see the blood gushing out too much. I certainly didn't expect this.
