Randy Orton and..Pinky?

Orton looks great and his badass tats got re-inked!

I would if he was ready but he probably won't be until Summerslam, which would be great since it's the 2nd biggest ppv and at times even better than Wrestlemania

It should be better with Cena, Cesaro, Orton and Rollins on the card.

And probably Brock Lesnar too.

MVP got himself fired from Lucha Underground a week after signing. Apparently he interviewed some of the roster for his podcast, which violated his non disclosure agreement.

And nothing of value was lost. As usual with him.

I listen to his podcast, I doubt it's because he just had them on his podcast, but one of the guests basically revealed that he would be working for the promotion....mind you that podcast was released well over a week ago.

I just watched several TV matches on WWE Network and Cesaro clearly would be an asset to the main event scene, particularly for providing quality upper card PPV matches. He's had highly entertaining TV matches with Cena, Orton, Rollins, Ambrose, and Reigns; that's like WWE's entire full time main event scene right there.

Somewhere the Ravishing One is saying, "He's not affiliated with me!"

I would not be at all surprised if the WWE gets a big name for the Global Cruiserweight Series to draw in the casual fans, whether it be one of the Lucha Dragons or even Rey Mysterio.

Why are you still stubborn that Rey is a possibility? He's under contract with Lucha Underground and the talent under contract cannot appear in a televised u.s. tv show until a 5 or 6 months after a season finale or season premiere unless they allow it.

Season 2 still has a few months to go and season 3 is already being filmed to be released by January, the talent won't be available for other shows until October 2017

I already posted about it recently.

Well, the WWE needs to draw in the casual fans for the Global Cruiserweight Series. It can't be Neville since he's out.

Maybe it'll be one of the Lucha Dragons? The casual fans know who they are. They don't know Ciampa, Gargano, Swann, Dorado, Towaza, Dar or ZSJ.

I still think that Cesaro vs Cena was Match of the Year (2015). The man should always be in that Orton role of main event/upper mid-card at all times.

Didn't LU already shoot season 3?

That's right. May 8th is the last season 3 taping.

Punk getting a UFC fight or a comic book is not anywhere near the same as a guy walking in after 8 years and getting the headline spot at a Mania.

There are dozens of books every month from Marvel and it's not like he's writing Spidey, so no one is missing out. The UFC fight needs to be seen to be judged, if he wins then he was right to be there, if he loses then it's a painful lesson, but given UFC only has one star and she just got knocked out in a matter of seconds, it's obvious why Dana White is trying this, and it's not as if Punk has a main event spot or a title match.

Pretty much. I watch the UFC a lot more than WWE and a lot of people are doubting Punk. Brock came into the UFC as a freak of nature. It's why he got a title match early on his UFC career.

Ronda Rousey got knocked out in round two. She was able to last one round. Dana White says that she will be back though.

I would not be all surprised though if the WWE signed two of Ronda's running buddies in MMA, Shayna Baszler and Jessamyn Duke. Baszler has been competing at Indie shows since her release from the UFC. It may be a Matt Riddle situation in which the WWE tells her to get more Indie experience. Last year, Duke was rumored to be of interest to the WWE should they bring back the Diva Search.

There are already some MMA elements in the WWE. The WWE has a striking coach in Seth Petruzelli, who's claim to fame is that he beat Kimbo Slice and had a brief spell in the UFC.

If the WWE adds Riddle, Duke and Baszler, they (along with Brock Lesnar) would give the WWE four former UFC Fighters active as wrestlers, the most that they've ever had at one single time.

As for Punk, I don't see him returning to the WWE even if his UFC run fails.

To be fair, UFC has Conor McGregor too but he also just ate a loss. Punk's situation is more like Miz when he got signed by WWE because he was an MTV star I suppose. I'm still rooting for Punk but people are saying he hasn't won a practice fight yet, so I'm a bit concerned....
