yeah Im getting this for sure ,based on those two matches alone.

That Clash set is a must even if it could do with more Vader. Am I reading that line-up right, the entire final Clash is on Disc 3?

from their fued last year

and Merriman did just that, he took a whole year to think of a better comeback
:lmao::lmao::lmao:

An entire year and that illiterate babble was the best he could come up with?

I think Charles Robinson

Yeah, I was meaning who was the wrestler doing the move.

I hear the Flair vs Terry Funk match is really good but I've never seen it. I didn't see much of WCW during it's heyday and only started watching somewhere around 96 inconsistently. I'm glad they're keeping up with WCW releases.

Good question, it kind of looks like Bill Demott . I think with the dvd set it's either the last match on Clash 35 or just a segment where they discuss it.

NFL linebacker Shawne Merriman, of the Buffalo Bills, posted the following on Twitter:
"F--- C.M. Punk, he's still a punk forever in my book. I'm sure my supporters feel the same way... And WWE, I ain't hosting y'all new network until somebody whoop C.M. Punk cuz he's a p$ssy.

Serious, who the f--- is C.M. Punk other than a soft butt...wrestling gone soft f off... If god is my witness, C.M. Punk was wearing a thong laying by the pool tanning his cheeks in Costa Rica, now tell me I'm lying... C.M. Punk wants no part of Lights, trust me...

And WWE, I ain't hoting sh#t until C.M. is dethroned... I ain't a hater at all, but if you like dudes tanning by the pool (in) a thong that's cool. I think he had pillows under his stomach."
Merriman and Punk have Twitter history, as the two had an internet feud in the past, which began when Punk called him out for failing an attempt to pick up one of the Divas when WWE was touring Costa Rica.

Merriman is also admittedly Chris Brown's friend, so one would assume Merriman's latest comments might have been fueled by Punk and Brown's recent Twitter war.

Of course Merriman and Brown are friends, haha. They can't use Twitter for **** and they beat on women.

Yeah, I was meaning who was the wrestler doing the move.

I think it was Hugh Morris.

This is interesting and I've already made my opinion on this known:

WWE will be holding events at the Ibirapuera Gymnasium in Sao Paulo, Brazil on May 23rd, 2012 and the Maracanazinho Gymnasium in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil on May 24th, 2012. Go to http://prowrestlingevents.webs.com or http://eventosdeluchalibre.tk for info about upcoming wrestling shows worldwide.

Thanks guys, I remember the first time I saw that was in WCW in 2000, it was used by a wrestler called Reno and was named 'Roll of the dice'.

You're probably right bullets but I can hope! :D

Cena kind looks like Luger in that pic

I love Dolphs whole attitude to the wrestling business

Dolph Ziggler was asked during an interview with WWE Magazine if there is anyone he loves listening to on the mic. He says The Rock despite not being "a huge fan" of his.

"Though I'm not a huge fan of The Rock, I admit that I am a fan of the fact that he does his own thing. He gets excited on the mic. He yells. He didn't listen to what people told him to do, and people responded to that. I appreciate someone who stands out and stands up for what he believes in, because that's what I'm trying to do," Ziggler says.

"When I finally get the chance to say what I want, to talk about where we're going from here on out, when my voice, my words, become the measuring stick for WWE, I think that's the moment that's going to reinvent our entire business."

Can't wait until tonight's Raw generates our new thread title.

However, if nothing notable comes out of tonight's episode, The Wrestling Thread STILL Invented Canada should be our fallback.

Notable wrestling titles haven't been in short supply as of late.

From 411mania.com:

CM punk was on WAAF in Boston for a radio interview Monday morning to promote Raw. During the interview he said he's supporting John Cena over the Rock, as the Rock is just showing up for a payday while the regular roster "busts their ass" all year. When asked about the Rock's goosebumps last week Punk said, "He's an actor."

Punk also was asked about the indy scene today and said, "I don't think it is what it was 10 years ago." He noted that he isn't saying that ROH isn't necessarily better just because he was there, and that he sees a lot of talent he'd like to see signed to FCW. He also said WWE wants his DVD out by September but he doesn't think it will be done by then due to his desire to control the contents of the set.

So I guess Punk is back on hating on the Rock now, haha.

man im looking forward to waking up and checking the raw results tomorrow

I dont care if everyone in the biz hates the rock he (and this feud) have got me excited again (aswell as punk jericho)

Punk has always stuck up for John Cena (during radio interviews, even when he was still a heel he has done nothing but praise him) so its not suprising that he would be supporting Cena over the Rock

I've known about what he has said about Rock, but this is the first time I've read of him saying he's supporting Cena at WM. Didn't read any of the other stuff where he flat out said he's rooting for Cena.

Rock has pretty much been doing action films since Faster.

G. I. Joe 2 does though. It's not like before when he made like 4 kids movies in a row.

Lol, I've just noticed Laryngitis was one of the police officers in the ring when Stone Cold drove the zamboni into the arena back in 98. :hehe:

Check out the officer holding Vince back at 3:04

I thought there was a dispute over the use of the name "Rock" as well?[/QUOTE
]

The Rock told TMZ that him and Vince co-own the name so I'm sure that was a factor as well.

How is Cena being heelish and the Rock isn't? He's done nothing but hit strong notes in his promos. It's amazing. As someone else said, when he was sucking up to the Rock, he was a sissy. Now that he's been firing back, he's acting heelish and Rock is getting victimized.

John Cena called out The Rock. The Rock responded. The Rock is the face in the feud. Had they went with the morality vs. popularity angle from the get go, the story of this feud would've gone much better instead of being poorly handled. Cena shouldn't have been kissing up to Rock to begin with.

Re: Flair's HOF Speech

I would agree with you on that point if Flair's speech didn't last NINETY minutes.

On top of that, who cares if some of Cena's comments are legit? That's the way it gets in wrestling sometimes. CM Punk's promo last June, majority if not all of what he said was how he really felt. Did Cena get angry and decide not to put him over? No, it was business. Same with HHH and Stephanie. If they were upset, they got over it.

I like the fact they're blending angle with reality, but there's always the risk that we might get another Bret / Shawn mess because the feud got too personal.

Talk within WWE is that a stipulation may be added to the Cody Rhodes vs. Big Show match at WrestleMania XXVIII beyond the Intercontinental Championship being on the line.

This is why I hate Big Show's matches. The guy is a main event jobber yet creative goes out of their way to protect him because he cannot lose clean.

Case in point, Jack Swagger was the World Heavyweight Champion in 2010 and was off to a great start when he beat Orton clean at Extreme Rules yet the following month, creative gave him the middle finger when he couldn't even beat The Big Show as that PPV match ended in a DQ.

Like Kane, Show has lost so many big matches throughout his career that the protection is pointless.

Ugh, just expect a no DQ stipulation so that Cody will beat The Big Show by foreign object use and/or interference.

I wonder if HHH and HBK are going to go at it or something.

My new girlfriend says it's her dream in life to fight poverty, so to impress her I punched a homeless persom.
