apparently they deemed him to not be intoxicated and it was because he had hurt his hand...

allegedly

yeah right he was probably steamin

Seriously, why isn't there a show on the WWE Network called We're just going to follow Ric Flair around with a camera to see what happens?

It'd be the highest rated show. Damn RAW.

Seth Green is involved with Camp WWE, Figures. It does at least look way better and funnier than Slam City or whatever that other cartoon was though.

HHH has always been protective of Flair but I can see them quietly taking him off TV after this. His part in Charlotte's title run is kinda not needed at this point.

Teddy Long is going to come out and make it a multiball game.

Teddy Long is going to come out and make it a tag team match.

Fixed.

As for Flair, I have my doubts that he'll be managing Charlotte at Summerslam, which is when Charlotte will drop the title to Sasha. And then the next day will debut the Huggable one:

Because I don't see Bayley coming up until after Summerslam, a year after she captured the NXT Women's Title from Sasha. That and they need to build someone else up as a legit threat to Asuka, who I think comes up after the Royal Rumble and throws a monkey wrench into the plans of a Four Horsewomen Fatal Four Way at WM 33.

The Observer and PW Torch are both reporting that ROH's parent company, Sinclair Broadcast Group, are indeed interested in buying TNA.

Mostly because they need content to put on their new American Sports Network, which is what they are in the process of rebranding Tennis Channel to (they recently bought Tennis Channel for 300 million dollars).

If this happens it could be huge. Think of it. Merge the rosters, unify the titles, ROH assumes TNA's international TV deals, fire everybody involved with TNA's business or creative sides.

In unrelated news, ROH COO recently appeared on JR's podcast and had this to say (paraphrasing)
-ROH currently in talks for another new national TV partner in the US
-ROH also currently in talks for a UK TV deal
-Women of Honor matches are doing very well on YouTube
-ROH would be "open" to a working relationship with WWE but haven't actively been seeking it out and don't know if WWE would even be interested
-Would also be interested in working with "other" promotions (doesn't name any)
-Would also consider putting ROH TV on WWE Network, if WWE paid to license it

What an exciting time to be a wrestling fan.

ROH open to working relationship with WWE and open to putting ROH on WWE Network.

It's starting to get cold in hell....not yet freezing but cold.

Again, he was just speaking generally when asked. It's not something that has actively been discussed or pursued.

Regarding the WWE Network, it really wouldn't be any different than how ROH sells their TV show now (syndication). They already air their show on all the networks they own, plus stuff like Fight Network and NESN. WWE Network would just be another syndication partner.

It would also make the WWE Network more like UFC Fight Pass, which would not actually be a bad idea.

This weeks NXT thoughts

I await the inevitable Joe vs Nakamura match and hope it is stiff as hell.

Jobber #2 in that Revival match was more hyped that Mojo Rawley.

"I'm respecting the rules !" :funny:

Carmella is getting really slick in the ring. Sara Amato is earning them dollar bills y'all.

Carmella & Liv Morgan should team-up

"Stop calling me 'dude', that implies that we're friends. We're simply coworkers" - Corey Graves

"What nakamura does in between those ropes is nothing short of artistry"

On this day in 1996, Shawn Michaels defeated Diesel in a No Holds Barred match to retain the WWF Championship at Good Friends, Better Enemies from the Civic Auditorium in Omaha, Nebraska.

Fun fact: This is Kevin Nash's favorite match.

Rich Brennan — WWE Announcer Released.

Good riddance. He had no charisma!

Re: Dixie's Tweet

I didn't know Sin Cara also worked for TNA!
