IF Jericho is staying past summer then what Jericho feuds or matches would you like?,For me..

Vs Alberto Del Rio

Vs Sin Cara

Vs Kofi

Vs R-Truth

Vs Dolph Ziggler

Vs Daniel Bryan

Vs Christian

Vs Sheamus

All of the above.

I just watched Punk snap and destroy Christian , nicely done but makes me wonder if Christian returned too soon? I hope to hear more about this soon.

hmmmmn after that Cena Rock promo I can see them have a rematch so they both have a win under their belts

I think it's inevitable. I just hope it's Summerslam instead of carrying it out over another year. Cena was great tonight but it still seems like the logical next step is a heel turn (that won't happen).

wwe seriously needs a top heel tho but at the same time cena brings a great contrast to the other top face in cm punk who is more edgy and aggressive to cena's very wholesome and good guy character

After seeing Rock get serious....I just want to see him beat John Cena

I know its not "right for business", but I still want to see it happen.

"On a personal level...I just don't like you"

PRE-WRESTLEMANIA 28 BREAKDOWN

It all started out good. It looked like it might be the first Wrestlemania I buy in years.

Jericho vs Punk - GOOD
Rock vs Cena - GREAT
HELL IN A CELL: Undertaker vs HHH w/HBK as special ref - AWESOME

and...
and...
and???

Big Show vs Rhodes - of the rest of the card, this is probably the most intriguing match-up. It's a match that probably works on any Wrestlemania card despite the big size differential, which is an aspect I am not a fan of.

Sheamus vs Bryan - I hate big man vs little man match-ups, in most cases, and this being for the World Championship makes it all the more off-putting to me.

Orton vs Kane - couple problems with this match. One, we just saw Kane get brushed aside by Super-Cena, now we have to see him pushed aside by Super-Orton? Two, we all know who is going to win.

Team Laurenaitis vs Team Long - seeing as how this match is likely the one depriving me of my 10 match dream card for this Wrestlemania, I have to hate it. That said, it could have been better if it was an elimination match... but they're not doing that either. I really wish they'd have done something like a 3v3 match with: Teddy Long and two wrestlers vs Johnny L and two wrestlers and maybe make that an elimination match.

Divas Match - No Natalya, No Karma... no further comment.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is a good card, maybe real good, but not even close to best ever. That could change depending on the matches, but I doubt it will. Most WWE PPV's are 8 matches over 3 hours with too much filler, this is 8 matches over 4 hours. The filler will be unbearable for me. How many Cena/Rock promos are there going to be?

All they had to do was make the Team vs Team match a 3v3, add MITB, and add a solid grudge match. And oh yeah, replace Daniel Bryan with Mark Henry in the World Championship match via a Henry win at Elimination Chamber.

It was that close to being a card I'd recommend to anyone. Now, I'm probably not going to buy it.

Then again, those top three matches are damn compelling.

Here's what it goes down to, if Rock vs Cena is the main event which it looks like....Rock wins because you always want to send the crowd happy (Rock has the hometown advantage). If it's not the main event then Cena is most likey to win because "it's right for the company" and let Cena be even more popular (which I doubt) BS.

I see the Rock vs Cena match being more like Rocky where either they both lose and then that sets up Rock/Cena II with Cena having something to prove or Cena loses and then begs for a rematch. However if Punk vs Austin happens then I don't see it being as big as that match will be.

But would the Rock come back, do all the hype an build up, to lose? They say Rock is scheduled for the RAW after 'Mania, I can't see him coming out all humble and saying Cena was the better man and deserved to win, nor can I see him coming out and throwing a fit if he loses. I think the only way Cena wins is if he cheats and I think he is going to. Even more, if the reports are true of these two having a best of three series, I think it may culminate in a "Loser Leave WWE Forever" match.

The Main Event will work out regardless of outcome.

If the Rock wins, Cena WILL become heel.

If Cena wins, Rock sticks around longer and good Cena we've been seeing sticks around too.

The only way I want to see Cena win is if it is through a heel turn ala Rock Austin 2

Actually I wouldn't mind a Rock heel turn to win either..... but it would make zero business sense to turn the Rock heel with his intermittent appearances

Didn't occur to me before, but can definitely see that being the case now. That said, if it does end up being a best of three, can anyone else see Rock losing at 'Mania AND losing two of three with the third probably being next year, again at 'Mania? I think whoever loses the war between these two is never going to wrestle in WWE again, and despite what some say, I think it really could be Cena.

I liked the ending to Sheamus and Orton vs Kane and DBryan. Sheamus gets caught on the rope then choke-slammed for Bryan to cover. Ordinarily that indicates Sheamus will win but I have a feeling Bryan retains so he can drop the belt to Orton. It seems too soon for Bryan's reign to end.

That will really suck if Orton gets the strap next, just like that. If Bryan wins at Mania, I want his and Sheamus' feud to continue.

The way John was talking last night made it sound like Austin right before that match. "I have to win".

But Vince isn't around any longer. I was thinking if HHH loses earlier in the night maybe he snaps and decides he knows what's best for business, makes a deal with Johnny Boy and plays the Vince role in the main event.

You could even bring Johnny Ace into this, turns out the whole time he was texting Steph who was pressuring her husband to be more hands on.

You'd still have Punk/Orton/Sheamus to feud with Cena/HHH.

But this is the WWE, Cena wins cleanly and Rock pulls a Hogan/Warrior.

Would anyone else mind if Austin came out and just gave them both a stunner to end Wrestlemania? I know the answer is normally 'no' but with all the hype around this match would people prefer a clean finish?

One of the best things about the Cena/Rock match is the ending does not feel like a foregone conclusion.

Given all that has gone down I can't see this ending in the standard face vs face old school fashion, with a post-match handshake. If Cena wins I see Rock walking down the isle looking back with shades of doubt, if Rock wins I think Cena snaps.

One thing I can't imagine is Rock winning and Cena just accepting it and walking out while a guy who wont be seen for months basks in the spotlight, WWE wont want that image of their biggest current star to be the lasting one from Mania, given he'll be expected to carry the show along with Punk after the PPV.

It has to be a clean finish. Look what happened with Sting/Hogan. Year build up and then the finish to the match screwed it up. You don't build up a match up for this long to have a screwy finish. Cena wins and Rock shakes his hand like Hogan did for both Rock and Warrior.

Anyone see last weeks Superstars? Beth/Eve vs Nattie/Tamina....listening to Josh Matthews and the other guy try to explain that Nattie took the match as sisterly competition was hilarious, but they couldn't find any way to explain why Nattie and Tamina were all buddy buddy and high-fiving given they've been feuding on SD.

I'm still giggling over Funkhouser's Team announcement Fail for The Miz last night. :hehe:

I think Orton /Kane and Bryan/ Sheamus will definitely go another month or two but something tells me Orton will have the strap by Summerslam.
If Sheamus wins he'll need another heel to feud with. All that's left on Smackdown is Kane ( unless Cody gets a bigger push). They'd have to turn Big Show or Orton.

You think Cena is going to quit wrestling

It will be a major disappointment if they don't use a clean finish. If Stone Cold randomly comes out and stunners them it will make the match seem like a waste of time.

Austin could Stunner them after the match, although I don't see the point. Although I find it funny Rock fails to mention it took him three tries to beat Austin.

I'm of the mindset that this match shouldn't have any outside interference.

Doesn't have to be clean, a Cena heel turn could justify him using cheating tactics, or the pure disdain for each other could justify the match taking a brutal turn with chair shots or something.

But I don't think that anyone else should be getting involved.

Last night I got the feeling Rock could actually win. I think it's a better place to go from if Cena loses. It's just hard to imagine they'd be willing to do it. No matter what , neither of these guys will walk away unaffected.
