This film has a much better chance of being made and being made well now that Deadpool has done so well. I can imagine audiences being interested in seeing this character have to interact with a proper team (and hopefully other equally strong and rebellious characters).

if x-man shows up as member of x-force it's more likely to be gambit

These 4 plus Psylocke would make an awesome lineup. I'd also throw Warpath in there as the team lacks muscle

Psylocke likely won't be since she is in past and we still don't know if she survives apocalypse.

warpath and feral are both candiates since they were in the scrapped X-force script.

I think people are fooling themselves thinking cable will be in present in deadpool sequel,and will be be traveling further back intime just to get psylocke.if they honor comics then he would have been in past for quite sometime.In comics cable came from future into past before X_Men and stayed in past with exception of returning to future.and when he returned it was always at further point in past after he left not further into past.

plus they would probally introduce a couple of characters in X_force if domino does indeed join cable ind eadpool sequel like rumor says.

cable's history alone will be intresting to see how they would adopt.especilly if apocalypse dies in apocalypse.and i will be shocked if they would go into he's cyclops son taken into future to save his life.then his mother is even more convoluted story.

X-Force I think shouldn't have any original New Mutant's. Those franchises should be separate.

Cable, Domino, Deadpool all of them will be X-Force members. And all of them will be featured in Deadpool sequel, and we will get nice character introduction and development from them for X-Force movie.

Next is Warpath. He was original member of X-Force, he was in DoFP in small role, he was featured in original X-Force scrapped script (which I still think will serve as baseline for new script). All together he makes most sense. Original scrapped script had 5 team members. Cable, Domino, Warpath, Cannonball, and an unknown female character (which I think it's Rogue). Cannonball will be in new Mutants so he is gone, likley Deadpool taking his place. That leaves "unknown female character".

Rogue as "unknown female character" makes most sense. Giving Gambit will be featured in present day with Deadpool and X-Force, she makes most sense giving he will eventually join them. More than Psylocke and maybe even more than Feral. I could see maybe even Colossus part of it if Fox want to use him again on big-screen. There is not much choice for him to appear in present day as part of group.

So this is my X-Force 5 members team: Cable, Domino, Warpath, Deadpool, Rogue. Eventually to join Gambit and maybe Feral or Colossus. I would personally want Psylocke over Feral, but unless Cable goes in 80's and bring her in present day that's not happening.

Yeah, Siryn could be introduced in Deadpool 2 along with Cable and Domino since she's pretty much the closest thing he has to a Mary Jane. Major love interest, even more so then Nessa. Connects to Black Tom who is a major Deadpool villain as well. Will only be a matter of time with her imo. Rather see Tabitha then Feral, Boom Boom has been in pretty much every volume of X-Force except for Uncanny. Hoping something works out for Betsy.

That Wadlow script is irrelevant, not sure why people think that holds evidence outside of Cable and Domino who are shoe ins for just a bout anything X-Force. you may not have said it but plenty are suggesting cable travel back to 1980's to bring psylocke and angel from 1980's to present.

Siryn is possabilty as long as they don't get into her background.she also has connection to deadpool.

that'd be like using Madelyne Pryor instead of Jean. People dont care for or want the cheap knockoff. If they were going to use a different actress for the future timeline, they'd be better off saying its Psylocke following a body switch with Revanche, thereby giving them two versions of the character to use in this franchise

I hope they go all out and make it R-rated.

They kept it pretty simple for the title of Deadpool's 1st film, no crazy subtitle and I don't think they would be doing crazy movie titles for future films feat. Deadpool.

I feel like Psylocke is just not going to really age that fast between the 80s and present day. Like the mind swap, if that is canon in this universe, slowed it.

I'd rather they just used X-Force with no mention of Deadpool. Then he can feature massively in the trailer (maybe even the first scene) and that will go down very well with the GA. They seem to love that kind of talking point..like 'oh Spidey is in this' (for Civil War). Also makes them feel like they are getting to know the universe of their own accord without being directly told.

Numbers in and of themselves are a dying thing and seem to be the exception now, more than the norm. The Iron Man series and the upcoming GoTG 2 are the only Marvel or DC based films with a number in them that I can recall from the current modern era of films

or side effect of Apocalypse messing with her DNA. I still think utilizing the Crimson Dawn is the simplest way to handle it. Have that restore her youth and it ties into her comic history

Sure you can market it as Deadpool member of X-Force, but that still needs to be standalone movie, and possibly standalone franchise without depending on just Deadpool. X-Force at the end may end up some kind of direct sequel to Deadpool 2, similar as BvS was to MoS events.

A stand-alone franchise? More likely X-Force is gonna act like as a Deadpool spin-off especially if they are already teasing Cable and Domino for the next one which IMO would lead to the X-Force team being introduced.

Anyway I don't see the harm for it especially if X-Force is only gonna be feature a handful of members.

Agreed I was just talking about the choices of names if they were to do something like that not the logistics of it because I don't think it makes much sense.
