Posting this for no particular reason, this may and may not be a hint of what’s to come for a certain character…

Good story on the comics. I think that was miller’s first story with Spider-Man. Fun story. Solid.

I’m hoping Andrew does more of a swoop and swing save instead of a webline type of save if he is the one that makes the save…Whatever the case I can’t wait ….

I will echo what I said in a different place. As much as I love SM2, I think Andrew has been, hands down, the best Peter Parker/Spider-Man.

Give him a good scrip and good supporting cast to work with and you have a winning combination. ASM started strong off strong and had great potential with the first movie

I haven't seen the film yet. seeing it in an hour. But i ain't expecting redemption for Andrew. I'm expecting verification. And from the little clips I have seen here and there. its like he has never been away from the role. He just has that natural energy too him.

I will see if im right in an hour.

Preach it.

Andrew absolutely killed it. He's been so overlooked and underrated since his Spiderman venture Im really happy he's got his moment to shine, His chemistry with Tobey was off the chain, I forgot how good his spiderman is. When i envison Spiderman from the comics on how he sounds. Andrew pretty much nails it. His scene with Electro was well done aswell. Its such a shame his films didnt get the quality SM trilogy had.

Yeah that was exactly my thoughts that this guy is just Peter as how I imagined him to be, and there's just the added bonus that he comes across as real.

I don't like what Sony are doing but if they weave Andrew back in, I'm all for it.

Ok so im back. My audiences rarely react to films. But when andrew took his mask off for the face reveal, Yes there was an audience cheer and clapping.

And when he saved MJ, there was another cheer and a couple of "AWW"'s from people behind me when and his spider-man was about to cry.

I have to say. I wasn't expecting that reaction to seeing Andrew again. I was pretty surprised actually. It made me smile. i think i got the verification i wanted.

This film just made me want a proper follow up to Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man. Everything made it sound like he's in a really bad place still and I'd love to see him resolve some of that.

The more I see of Andrew in NWH, the more I dig it. It's a shame it took a crossover movie (rather than two TASM movies) for people to really see how good a Spider-man he really is.

Tobey's my favorite for nostalgia reasons but Andrew is a close second.

I notice when Andrews spiderman saves MJ the framing of the shot as he lands is parallel to the shot of Gwens death

Andrew Garfield was fantastic. Can't believe how effortlessly that redeemed Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Also, I've decided it's now my head canon that MJ in Garfield's universe is a dude and he's bi. I will be taking no questions.

Andrew is just the best man and such a delight to watch in this. I loved that eventhough there was still a degree of sadness to his character after losing Gwen he still brought the energy and charisma here in spades.

My god is the dude just as insanely talented as they come, but I'm not too surprised after seeing how amazing he was in Tick,Tick Boom! which should get him a much deserved Oscar IMO.

Man, he was great, I was hoping

we get a scene of him in his universe meeting his Mary Jane, dude deserved it. but alas, it was not to be. (It would been too similar to Into the Spiderverse too btw)
