I hate irresponsible pet owners. I'm glad that neither myself nor the dog that jumped out of its owners car (that was stopped at a red light as I rode my bike past) to attack me weren't hurt (dog bit my back wheel), but I definitely gave the dumbass an earful of expletives because of it.
