Rock not ever returning is highly doubtful. However, him not coming back in the immediate future is contingent on how big this Snuka thing gets.

I had thought he would have come back in 2007, but the whole Benoit thing delayed his return for another 4 years.

Why? I don't think Hollywood will be happy if he sticks with the company if they take a massive PR hit because of this. While I don't think that means that he will have film roles taken away from him, I do think association with the WWE after they've taken a massive PR hit would not be good for him. He's a movie star now.

How would he had been perceived had he still been in the WWE in the summer of 2007 when the "Summer of Hell" occurred with the double murder suicide of Chris Benoit and his family, followed by numerous injuries in the WWE and the drug scandal that included names like Edge, William Regal and Booker T?

Having said that though, I think the worse thing that will happen to the WWE over this is Vince resigns as CEO and Triple H takes over and all will be swell between the WWE and the Rock.

If the WWE is embroiled in a major scandal because of the Snuka arrest, this guy will likely be finished with the WWE for good (on advice of his people, namely his publicist and his agent):

Right now things are good in the WWE for him to return if he has the time, but if the stuff hits the fan because of the Snuka thing, his people are going to tell him to sever ties with the WWE for good.

Even if Rock had no current ties to WWE he'd still be linked to this due to his family relations.

I got there late, so here's what I saw:

Entering the arena and getting to my seats, The Dudley Boys were putting the finish on the PTP. As they went for a table New Day came out and saved the table.

Next was Stardust vs Neville, which never got started as Ascension came out and attacked Neville. The Cody cut a promo over Neville while channeling his inner Cesar Romero

On to the most must see talk show in WWE history Miz TV (I marked I AM a Miz fan ) His guest was Summer Rae. Recap Raw's events then she said that Dolph seduced her. And that they had a thing on and off for awhile now. Flashback to them making out after he beat Fandango. There was a We Want Lana chant. Dolph and Lana come out, and Lana and Summer get into a catfight, and Lana leaves dolph in the ring. Ziggler had the best line of the night "Miz this is the part where you play instigator, just like you play wrestler, and you suck at it, just like when you headlined WrestleMania no one is buying it"

Cesrao vs Sheamus. Good short match, a lot of you look syupid chants at Sheamus.

Interview with the Bellas, and PCB interrupts. We go onto a match with Tamina vs Charlotte. Charlotte won, and Bellas came out to taunt after.

R Truth vs Bo Dallas, R Truth got a big pop. Replay of Bo getting murderized by Brock, Suplex City chant. Bo defeats Truth. Truth got a surprisingly good pop

New Day vs Roman and Ambrose. Roman and Dean easily got biggest pops of the night. Roman came out right beneath where I was sitting so that was pretty cool. Good match between the teams. Both teams getting chants, and a lot of trumpet playing and New..Day rocks. Ambrose did most of the work during the match. Roman and Dean win and Ambrose calls out the black sheep of the Wyatt family. Bray comes on screen and says it willhappen at Night of Champions

Roman vs Bray in a street fight. Good brawl with Roman getting the win.

Forgot Owens did a backstage inteview, talking about people making fun of the way he looks, but the fact it doesn;t matter cause he is here anyway, and has a God given ability for this business. In fact his exact words were as far as the hate making fun of the way he looks he just said Feed Me More. So I expect he takes the belt off Ryback soon.

WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus is once again teasing that she wants to get back in the ring and team with fellow Hall of Famer Lita in a match against the Bella Twins.
Later this year, Topps will release “WWE Undisputed”, a high-end product that that will include one autograph per package of cards. Among the prototype images Topps released was a “booklet” card (a double wide card) containing the signatures of Trish Stratus and Lita on one side, and Nikki and Brie Bella on the other.

Trish Stratus commented about the booklet and teased a possible match between the two teams.

“You know, I gotta hand it to Topps. For months, during the Team Bestie Tour, Amy and I heard so many questions about ‘Besties vs. Bellas. This preview of what it would look like if we squared off in a tag team match certainly has me thinking…”

This isn’t the first time that Stratus has hinted that Team Bestie could be reuniting against the Bellas. Earlier this year, Trish told The Miami Herald:

“I don’t mind an easy win. I think the idea is interesting. ‘Team Bestie’ is up for anything. If the fans want it, who knows? When Amy [Lita] and I were working against each other, we were having fantastic matches because we knew each other’s motions and body movements. I think as a team we could utilize that same chemistry, but channel it in a different way.”

We were in Japan, and Harley was wrestling Jumbo Tsuruta, and Jumbo had one move, the suplex...you know, like Brock Lesnar today. Anyway, Jumbo Suplexed Harley one too many times I guess....after the match Harley was a little hot, he told me "Ric, follow me....I will show you how you deal with this"....and I followed him right into the Japanese locker room, Harley walks right up to Tsuruda and says "Don't you ever fu**ing do that sh** again!"....and then Harley open hand slaps him right across the face!!....now Tsuruda is 6'6 and 290lbs....Tsuruda just said "Okay." and there were 30 other Japanese wrestlers in the locker room who didn't say sh**....Harley slowly looked around at them all and we walked out....Harley told me, "thats how you get respect here, Ric.

I don't think Harley Race want's those kinda problems.

Race is on of the toughest wrestlers to ever live, but the stories about Meng (which have been confirmed) are just insane. There's all kinds of stories about guys in the WCW locker room being legitimately afraid of him to the point where if he raised his voice to complain about something the entire locker room could go silent, even the execs were afraid of him.

Yep. Spent several years in prison. For whatever reason, after he was released he became a bit more likable.

WWE has removed Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka from the Hall of Fame section of WWE.com. Snuka’s profile has also been removed from the website.

As noted, WWE did issue an official statement yesterday commenting on the news of Snuka’s arrest on 3rd degree murder and involuntary manslaughter charges, and they noted Snuka’s Legends contract is “under review.”

However, while Snuka’s name no longer appears in the Hall of Fame section, WWE has yet to make an official announcement regarding Snuka’s current Hall of Fame status.

WWE.com pulling Snuka’s name and profile is similar to what they did with Hulk Hogan, after his racial controversy took place back in July, however as of now it does not appear WWE intends to scrub Snuka from the site as they did with Hogan. WWE.com is still featuring articles and videos pertaining to Jimmy Snuka.
