That moment in AEG when he lights up, you hear the thunder cracking on the horizon, the skied darkening, the thunder shoots from the sky directly into him while he summons both Stormbreaker and Mjolnir is perfection.

Thor has without a shadow of a doubt some of the coolest moments in the MCU history.
Powered up Thor is the stuff of legend. Epic.

Yep, and he has amazing moments in Ragnarok and IW too. I don’t think any other character has as many contenders for best overall badass moment as Thor.

I expect Thor to lose his arm in this movie. Maybe in a earlier battle against Mangog or something...
And since some of this movie will likely take place on Earth then getting the uru/destroyer arm is a easy fix because they can go back to the first Thor and have the battle in New Mexico against the Destroyer play a substancial role in the future of the character.

The Destroyer wasn't totally obliterated in Thor 1. Maybe a military agency has salvaged the reaming uru metal and the asgardians or even wakandans can mold it into Thor's own body. That would be a cool turn around.

The Destroyer armour was so badass and i would love to see that metallic arm for Thor.

AEG gave Thor one of his best looks in the MCU.
More and more like a warrior viking god. More like the All-Father really... Eye patch and uru arm and that's it basically.

I think the eye patch should have stayed. And if Thor had taken the gauntlet instead of Hulk, that would have been a tailor-made excuse to give him the uru arm.

Again, I love the braid in the beard and the dreads in the high knot

if the belly was just 10% less cartoon-ish he'd look great

and yes, once again, on the helmet
Ragnarok did it in a way that looked good and was not so cumbersome for him to wear
they CGI everything else these days, just put a helmet on him in one large battle scene and we'll be happy

Once again i loved this scene in AEG. Serious and focused Thor is great.
The way they used the environment with the skies darkening and thunder crackling in the horizon was perfectly done.
