we have them at the australian equivilent of burger king, They are almost the same. It's just that Burger King originated from America and Hungry Jack's is a franchisee of Burger King that originated from Australia.

similar but different, cause we got those 3 where as apparently burger king has different thor toys

Man that's nice I've heard of Hungry Jacks not sure where tho.
There's actually a Burger King that is older than the franchise in Illinois. Their Burgers are great, but, it's more a family operation and no toys from Thor. lol

I picked up an extra 10" Thor to see if I could "improve" the figure. the sculpt is nice but the lack of painted detail was bugging me. Replaced the cape and red accents on the gauntlets and boots with faux velvet cloth. The plastic hammer head was replaced with a metal one taken from a movie Mjolnir key chain (picked up at Blockbuster).

Can you give some more info about the hammer? Who makes it, so forth? The detail looks pretty good. There aren't any Blockbusters around here anymore.

I'm not sure who manufactures the hammer keychain but your best bet is eBay if you don't have a Blockbuster. Be warned though, the soldering job that holds the hammer head to the handle is flimsy. Mine broke almost right out of the package. Luckily I needed to remove the handle anyway to create my custom Thor. It really does look great with this figure though.

I use water based acrylics. I'm not super brand loyal I usually by whatever mid-high priced tubes the local craft stores carry. I do like Tamiya Flat Aluminum and have been using that as my standard silver for years.

Well I'd go buy how that Concept art was and some early promo pics for color. Some of the body armor is leather not metal.

Not sure about either actually 101. I need to see a better pic of the Select Classic Thor before even deciding, and I have yet to see the Destroyer HERE.

Crappy articulation, but he looks great standing next to the Hasbro 3.75 Thor. Only paid $11.99 for him on Amazon with free Amazon Prime shipping.
