I love the tone of this. It’s basically the original two movies, but with some blood and a little gore and violence. It’s like it was made for fans of those movies and also newer fans, without sacrificing the tone and feel of those movies. In other words, it’s the Addams Family, but it’s slightly grown-up. And Wednesday still has that cold and sardonic humor that we all know and love her for.

I’m actually kind of excited for this now.

This looks great and right up my alley, especially as someone who's a big fan and grew up with the Barry Sonnenfeld movies. The tone of it looks pretty much perfect and I love the fact that post GOT and Disney Star Wars Gwendoline Christie is still getting some major roles out here as far as television goes.

I loved her in The Sandman as Lucifer.
