it's not so much the hair color........it's just something about the overall "look" of Amy as Lois.

perhaps it's just the nature of the pic ( being a set pic and all ). but the look comes across as a little bit.....umm......."plain" if that's the right word.

this is not to say that Amy isn't gorgeous, which she is.

it's just the way she looks as Lois in those pics......it just seems "off."

I can only think of one iteration where lois and clark/superman had the same color hair in live action=Kidder and Reeve.

Nearly every other iteration was brown and black or reddish/brown and black. When Erica Durance was on smallville she had a similar color to Amy Adams for a while and no one seemed to care. yes they dyed the hair at one point, but still she had red/brown hair.

as long as Lois Lane is not bald it does not matter the actress makes the character not the hair.

as far as looks of the "plain" probably based the color palette of the film and complements to other characters (maybe green and red on amy because of the color complements to the red and blue of Superman) just speculation on my part

close mindedness, afraid of change...who knows

Or could be a matter of personal taste...

It always makes me laugh that when anyone says anything negative about this film some fans have to hurl insults at them.

It is okay not to like everything about the film...

And btw, I'd feel the exact same way if not worse, if Lois had blonde hair.

well you don't have to worry about that because she doesn't have blonde hair :-)

I feel like Snyder is following suit with what DC comics is doing with their whole relaunch effort. Giving their characters a fresh update and starting from base 1. I've always been a fan of this kind of stuff, but only if it's done right. So far, it looks like steps in the right direction. Everything from Cavill's look as Superman down to Fishburne as Perry White has been completely in line with what DC is currently doing IMO. Just checking out the new Superman image, I can already see the parallels:

An Ultimate DC if you will.

I don't see much in common with that suit and Snyders aside from colors and possible lack of trunks.

I'm not talking about copying the look exactly, I'm saying they're following the same basic idea behind this DC relaunch, i.e. giving the characters a fresh new look and launching them in modern day, much like the Ultimate Marvel Universe.

I think she has great legs...mmm! and so does Adams! and a nice caboose!

Hmm...not a big fan of red head Lois. I prefer dark brown or black, but its whatever.

Sweet.

Maybe he's there to film the teaser.

Looking at the photos, I gotta say, I like the apparent visual of Smallville as a recession-hit community, with struggling businesses and decaying buildings.

^^^ Umm, just don't think they are basing this film off of the current economic crisis. Smallville is gonna take place in a time where everything is fine my friend :)

The "Decaying" buildings are from either from a tornado, a train wreck, or a hell of a fight Sups/or military had with Zod.

Nothing to do with the economy brother :)

:)

other than the built in tornado damage, it doesnt look decayed to me..most small towns in America have the same sorta look ( unless a bill gates or donald trump happen to live there )
