Just a guess as Sunday's seem to be about 50% of the time news of MOS comes out. I don't think we'll see anymore 'REAL' WB's released pictures for another week or so, as I sense Snyder and Co. are playing with us. They'll likely drag it out a little longer. Once they have to film where everything needs to be visible, and they are not able to stop people getting pictures, (that could show the costume in an unflattering light like the L.A. Spider-man shoot) they'll probably release an official picture at exactly the same time to show it in the most favourable light.

The "S" sure does look like it is a pretty big sized "S" judging by where it meets with the shoulder area in the sitting picture.

Let me just say, I hope to god that they haven't done some wierd origin story where Kryton hasn't exploded.
I remember someone saying online that the story involved Jor-El coming to Earth and a load of other garbage. Of course I assumed it was just a lie.
This story better not suck.

I would imagine considering the people involved in this movie, that they wouldn't go as sci-fi as Green Lantern probably was. They would most likely try to ground it in reality as much as possible. And Jor-El arriving and a whole bunch of stuff is even more fantasy than just a couple of alien refugees from a dying world living among us.

I wouldn't mind if Kryptonians had been observing Humankind for a millennia or two, and the FOS turns out to be an abandoned Duck blind (a la Star trek Insurrection) that is now buried under ice in the Artic. There could be all kinds of kryptonian stuff in there, and we can cut to the chase without actually having crystals or Superman build it. This would explain why Jor El selected Earth as Kal El's destination.

What I love about this pic is that every time I look at it, my eyes see the peak of Blanketman's hat as a grey patch of hair on Cavill's head and it reminds of Old Supes lol

It would be interesting in such a case, imagine a Kryptonian invasion, and having Kal El choose between his heritage or his adoptive planet. Of course we know how it would go down in the end.
I recall Cavill stating that he particularly enjoyed the New Krypton saga, so therein may lie a clue for all of us hungry fanboys.

I'm not a huge fan of the X-Men movies, and the main reason is that every other person has powers. If nearly everyone has powers, then it makes the core X-Men not particularly special imo.

If we get a cavalcade of Kryptonians because they decide Krypton didn't blow up, this movie will end up being very ho hum like X-Men 3. That movie had way too many mutants imo.

I see exactly the same thing. LOL Incidentally, it's kind of interesting how much Cavill looks like that particular drawing of Old Supes -- even down to the curlier hair.
