Have you seen Bale in The Machinist or The Fighter. Haven't really seen Amy do something that extreme.

I've seen them, and bale was good (the fighter was done years after BB), and I'm sure he worked hard to be in shape for these films, but acting wise I'm more impressed by Amy.

Nolan was in the middle of shooting Inception by mid 2009, but he did say in interviews that he had a general outline for TDKR before Inception as they (him and Emma) said they knew Bane was the villain before shooting Inception. Which must mean the writer is talking about late 2009 when Nolan was in post for Inception. Perhaps then they made further developments on Batman and the ideas for MOS germinated from Goyer. But I still don't see anything beyond that phone call for Nolan between post for Inception, promoting Inception and getting ready for pre-production on Rises.

During the Sucker Punch press tour (Where 90% of the questions revolved around MoS) Snyder spoke openly about him constantly calling Chris Nolan to run things by him, to which he'd reply "That sounds awesome" (As I've said before, it's safe to say he's paraphrasing here). Also, in the article from Empire, Snyder talks about working with him. The part I remember best was when he said Nolan wouldn't let him do things just because 'it was cool', but they had to a have a specific, logical function to the world/story.

It's safe to at least hypothesize that during these conversations, Nolan may have contributed ideas of his own. It was when shooting started on TDKR that he backed off a lot, then completely when they started shooting MoS.

Again, a lot of this is hypothetical, but it's more supported and more likely than Nolan JUST pitching the movie.

Sorry, but that's crazy. What films do you prefer Amy in, performance-wise?

Nope, the proper equasion will always be Liam Neeson > everything except when everything > TPM.
The greatest battle in the universe would be Liam Neeson vs. Morgan Freeman. The sheer awesomeness will liquefy our very minds. Of course Meryl Streep will destroy both of them with her powerful stream of manliness. :oldrazz:

I'd prefer to see Norris Vs Hasselhoff.
Hasselhoff rips off his shirt and hits Norris with a pose of steel.
Norris counters with his ice cold stare....
Hasselhoff's nipples pop off in fear...

Given that they show Superman guiding a crew, is it safe to say that this movie will FINALLY cover the leadership qualities of Supes?

Yeah, seen it already. Not much there really.

At this point, I've already given up hope that we'll be getting any new photos or footage during the remainder of the month.lol Now, regarding March; that remains to be seen...

His physicality should be factored into his performance.

I want a pic similar to this from MOS.

Man of Steel will be a way better visual than Returns period better Super+MAN Routh looked too boyish in the returns suit and more because of the suit. IMO
and the acting should be great with all the seasoned pros and a very good young hungry actor in Cavill

I can only assume you're not talking FX.

I am taking about somewhat similar flying pose for promotional shots and promotional poster.

So, far almost all pics of Cavill are "grounded".

(Also, had this not been a CGI Routh pic, it was a great pose for promotion of SR, had they used Routh himself.)
