That's ****ing awesome. The only thing I would change (if this were to be made into a real poster) is the clarity of the shield in the snow. It should be a bit more visible.

As far as our accumulative assumptions go. That the FOS is a scout ship. If that's what you are saying then Yes.

This is just great. But still, I see it way more as a teaser poster than that of a theatrical FINAL movie poster. And I would definitely incorporate the cast-captions at the top! - that better be a part of the official poster when that is revealed!

I think it's an interesting concept. It's different, yet still sticks with the classic idea of what the Fortress of Solitude is. Plus, if it's big enough, it leaves room for the design of it to more along the lines of what the classic FoS is. I'd go gaga if, in the sequel, the FoS slowly becomes populated with near-extinct alien creatures, mannequins, Super-bots, memorabilia, and those giant Jor-El and Lara statues.
