Of course you have a right to comment. No I don't think you are being a tyrant, it was just a knock back cause you got sarcastic with me in a way I felt was out of left field. It just seems that you got rather defensive and as you put it sarcastic, when I stated that the info sounds like speculation and logic, rather than concrete fact obtained from a direct source.

It is not a personal insult to you. If the report came from TMT, or latino review presented in the same way I'm going to have the same thoughts.

Things can turn out to be true based on speculative logic, and they can turn out to be false. 50/50 chance. As some other posters pointed out stories like Hamm being cast as Superman, only an American being cast, only an older Superman being cast, established story not an origin,Robinov hating Cavill and won't let him be cast, Nolan's brother directing story, etc... There are more...

You can be a bit defensive when people question stuff from your site, but at the same time you can be quick to dismiss (though I don't group you in with your partner who is way worse about that... 90% worse) info from other sites or people very HARSHLY.

When you release articles sometimes expect some controversy. It isn't a bad thing for your traffic or you wouldn't post them in the first place right?

You'd be surprised at the amount of pm's or messages I received in agreement from people who feel the same.

If WB ordered them removed, then yes, they are. And it's a good chance they'll be in the teaser trailer in July.

You didn't miss anything. The only thing that we got was supposed descriptions of clips that were shown as part of a demo reel from the company that's working on MOS and they were two brief clips.

Rumor has it that the first trailer will air together with Dark Knight Rises. I hope it is true. I can't wait for a MOS trailer.

It better not just be music and a symbol. This movie is much further along in production than most movies that come out next year (being well into the post-production stage already), so there's no excuse not to have footage. That said, I really don't think they'd dare just go with music and a symbol. Especially since they know they've got an uphill battle ahead of them when it comes to getting people excited about Superman again. They're not that stupid.

I just don't get why movies like Les Miserables already has HQ Pics out there already and that's only been filming for what, a couple of months? Here we are almost 4 months into Post-Production on MOS and only ONE official pic has been released? I just don't get it. I mean I understand that the film is still over a year away, but come on!

It might have to do with the Batman guy. I don't know. WB is focusing on TDKR. A Superman pic might get lost in the shuffle of TDKR promotion. WB is hitting us hard with Bat stuff. They don't want to have the other boy ignored. Factor in Spider-Man coming out in about a month's time and you start to see how they might not want to saturate the market with superheroes. Release the images when they will have the best impact on it's intended audience. After TDKR, MOS will get it's due.

Very good point! I hadn't thought about that. Still doesn't make it any easier though. I, like everyone else, am getting so incredibly anxious to see/hear something......ANYTHING!

Exactly. Notice how the influx of new TDKR materials (spots, banners, posters) started AFTER Avengers had mad its splash? Man of Steel is a year away and, right now, it's Batman's moment. I know it's frustrating. I want new stuff, too.

I don't see why some of you are in such a hurry to see Man Of Steel. After you've seen the film (or after you've seen the trailers) it will be a less fun/entertaining time. The best time is always the wait (or the early stages). I'm glad its not being rushed. I hope they don't give too much away in the teaser.

Yeah I guess so, as long as they don't show each big name too early. Maybe withhold footage of Zod until the first full trailer. Or Jor-El. At least one of those 2 should not be shown early.

No withholding! I mean, I don't want them to spoil any of the big moments, but showing us what Zod, Jor-El, etc. looks like? Nah, they can give that up. They need to use the basics to start selling people on this movie, and right now, what they have is an awesome cast (they finally got Crowe in a superhero flick!), and a villain Supes can really tussle with. They should not be hiding either of those things.

Like others have said, they really don't have an excuse to not show some decent quality footage, let alone the duration of it, for the first teaser.

Snyder's already editing the damn film, and has been doing so for quite some time.lol

The teaser has to be something that really sells on WHY viewers should fork over 10 dollars or more to watch this film next year.

Exactly, they gave the avengers time to breath and started with TDKR stuff almost a month later. Don't see them really starting on anything superman until TDKR comes out.

It would be smart of them to put out the 1st full trailer on the TDKR blu-ray though a long with releasing it sometime in december which they have done for the batman films.

Well HC has already had one cover of Ent. Weekly, and I bet the first or second issue in Jan 2013 will have movies of '13 with a good quality picture of him in the suit, ala Routh in '06. Then at least a third cover the weeks before the release.
