Is it just me, or does the blue look a lot better in these pics?

I'd say it is are pretty close to the pic of Cavill posing with the child.

I so hope we get a proper look of the suit (And Cavill as Superman!) in the teaser. My fear is we get something like Batman in the BB teaser. That would suck.

God yes we need a damn good look at Superman in the teaser!

The suit really is looking fantastic the more I see if it, I can only hope that the actual footage makes it look as good as it does when it's on display.

Batman Begins teaser trailer used the minimalistic approach that Nolan uses, Nolan used that approach again for TDKR teaser trailer.

Since Snyder is in charge for MOS as director his teaser trailer will show much more footage.

Are you saying that an island full of Kryptonite is not a villain? I'm not sure I follow your logic there...

and yes, the blue does seem a bit brighter.....

I hope that reflects what it'll look like in the film.

I know what I would do for the teaser..

new music but not the main theme is playing in the background as the sequences unfold......

some quick shots of krypton. we see trees, grass, mountains, then a huge city fills the screen. we see crowe as jor-el standing on a balcony overlooking the massive city,

quick shots of SV, costner, Lane, and a tornado doing damage,

quick shot of an oil rig exploding, men trying to rush to safety, a crane falls, someone through the smoke catches it, all we see is his outline.

quick shots of a large city burning and in ruins, then lots of military jets fly past the camera,

shots of a train or something else large about to crash/sink, whatever, with superman rushing toward it,

a shot of superman and zod squared off in the air, both bruised and breathing hard,

the screen grows black, the music stops,

and lastly the \S/ symbol slowly appears with the background music now changed to the new theme, the theme starts quiet, then gets louder and louder. release date appears, etc, etc, yada yada....

The photos of the suit are going to all look pretty different, depending on the photographer's camera/device, white balance, flash/no flash, exposure settings, etc.

In a couple of the photos, I'm definitely starting to see more of the chain mail look that's been mentioned in the past. I'm hoping that when I go tomorrow I'll be able to get some decent detail shots of various parts of the suit.

I love how sometimes it looks undeniably blue (especially in context against the red), but other times it looks more grey and steely and less certainly blue. Oh, Super-suit, you so tricky.

It does, but I feel a bigger than necessary change is coming with MOS. Still not sure about the whole medieval fantasy-vibe as opposed to the usually more hi-tech science fiction one.

I'm as excited to see it as I am to see the whole film.
