Full CGI would be the best choice, just like the Hulk. Ronan is also a massive character, of course not as big, but he looks kinda wimpy compared to the comic version because it's just a man in a suit. Alpha level characters only look powerful when they don't have average human proportions.

Im thinking make up and cgi, similar to how they did the Frost Giants in Thor.

Size doesn't mean everything, MCU Drax is bigger than MCU Ronan and as we've seen in the trailer it doesn't help one bit.

Good, we don't want two "Hulks" running around.

I wouldn't really mind if Thanos had similar proportions to the Hulk. The Hulk in TA was about eight a half feet tall, so making Thanos either that height or putting him at nine feet would be great if they decide to go fully CGI.

One thing I really want them to capture is giving Thanos an eerie, memorable voice that is unique enough to always stick with you (i.e. Heath & Tom as the Joker & Bane).

Similar. Not "bigger." I would say like 7.5-8ft tall. But with near identical musculature.

Yeah, I'd be happy with anything between 7'5-9'0...I just think that Thanos should fully embody that word "Titan" by being a massively big guy while still being small enough to do what he needs to in battle.

I'd perfer Thanos to be around Hulk's height, but a little more slender and toned.

I don't want him Hulk's height. Don't forget, Thanos isn't a monster. Unless they change his back story, Thanos is technically human, just really deformed.

I'd be happy with about, a head on Thor. 7-7'6 MAX

Yeah I think I'd rather have Thanos a bit shorter like around 7'5, pretty much MCU Kurse's height.

Like I said, we don't need two Hulk's running around.

Yup plus the size difference and his being able to handle the Hulk will help in illustrating his power.

Clearly, comic book fans always related strength to muscle mass which not true at all.

Thanos belongs to a race of near God-like beings while possessing a mutant gene from a subspecies of said race. He isn't anything close to being human.

And it's not necessarily a correlation of power & muscle mass (at least not in my case), I've just always envisioned Thanos as being a huge dude.

Being shorter than the Hulk doesn't exactly make you "small", since the Hulk himself is gigantic.

When I say making him small I mean something like what happened with Michael Chiklis & Jessica Alba in the "Fantastic Four" movies where they were the same height.

I want Thanos to at least look huge even if he's not CGI. It just takes some great camerawork....like with Tom Hardy & Bane. I was able to believe he was a huge guy because they made sure he looked that way in every sequence & instance.

I'm not really concerned with him being bigger than the Hulk, it's just that with villains like Thanos their physical presence is just as important as what will actually be going on in the performance & how the design will be.

What? No. He's human dude.

Just like all the eternals are, they are super humans. Evolutionary off-shoots of humanity created by the celestials. The Eternals are humans, super humans, but they are humans.

Thanos, was born an eternal, while possessing the deviant gene, altering his physiology from that of other eternals. Are mutated humans any less of humans? No. He's still an eternal, which are still essentially evolved humans.

I wouldn't want Thanos more than 7 and a half feet tall. He's an intellectual. I don't want a big ass brute monster on screen. Cause anyone who knows Thanos, knows he's not just a brick. He's a master schemer, incredibly cunning, possesses vast knowledge of the universe, and arguably the greatest mind of the marvel universe.

To me, this is how it should be
