I think maybe red mask was just saying how angelina's bravery has encouraged other woman to be more open about their health and that a hero type person who is also open about that might even save lives but I think that it's quite a lot of baggage to start lara off (in terms of having to deal with a very huge and massive issue) and could easily backfire

I disagree, I do not believe that Red Mask had honorable intentions at all.

As a serious question though, after Angelina Jolie had a double mastectomy a couple of years ago, has she had some kind of reconstructive surgery or does she just have no breasts now? Anyone know?

Without context it could be a tasteless joke or a serious comment although given this is the internet and a super hero forum, probably a tasteless joke.

Doesn't mean some good can't come of it. Despite the flak the movies get they weren't terrible. They could have been better, more accurate to the source and so on but the movies themselves actually did not suffer from helpless damsel syndrome or make her anything but an action hero(ine) without relying on her feminine wiles to accomplish her goals.
