TOMB RAIDER being Re-booted!

Not played a Tomb Raider game since the first 2, though I do plan to get the new one at some point to play.

But Vikander in general is just a damn good actress. I am sure Daisy would have been awesome in the role, but I am sure Vikander will be amazing as well.

Yeah, Jolie's version was perfectly fine as an adaptation of THAT Lara Croft. However, there's a reason the Tomb Raider games never appealed to me until the reboot.

Yep, same here. My interest in Tomb Raider before the reboot was down to Keeley Hawes doing the voice for a bit.

Which will serve Alicia here, since it’s practically a whole other character at this point. All comparisons would be fairly shallow.

Lara is so different now that it's going to be pointless comparing Vikanda's and Jolies takes on the character, they both come from different times.

I think she can be one day great actress giving she made just one movie in basically brand which carries itself, but star wars fans (worst fanbase ever probably) maked her like she is something special, "a gifted one" and she can choose roles and franchises whatever she likes. which personally makes me sick and naturally makes atleast me satisfied when she doesnt get it.

I have nothing against Ridley.

Keep in mind that Ridley has agreed to do 'Kolma', which is a smaller film in-between the big Star Wars. People..don't be ignorant to think she just 'passed' on Tomb Raidee due to her ego.

I am so over the trash the popular actress game, I'm too old for that ****. I've now moved on to hoping that these popular actresses get all of the nerd roles so that the cry babies can suffer. That is the childish thing that I will indulge in.

Anyway, can't wait to see who else signs on to Tomb Raider.

It at least took Jennifer Lawrence 5 or 6 films before people started bashing her. Daisy's manage to do it in one. Love this world.
