So they'll be adding dvd documentaries on the wwe network once a week!?,They have the Bret Hart/HBK rivalry and latest Stone Cold documentaries so far,I was going to eventually get them but now just saved about $40 plus tax,This is cool but they should add a least two or three a week

I expect Rewind and Countdown to get new episodes this week. I also hope WWE produces more Legends Roundtable episodes.

Rewind and countdown are new tonight i think, at 9 and 10pm.

WM Rewind is better than I expected and Countdown is amusing

You have to understand not everyone goes to wrestling shows to be a smarky *****enozzle. That whole #HijackRaw BS was a twitter thing followed by a bunch of internet wrestling fans. Chicago cheered soley for CM Punk because it's his hometown and he's been Benioted ever since he "went home".

nah sorry dont buy that, i've been to plenty of sports events and wwe house shows. the crowd chant what is constant. hell once at a belfast house show we got a "youre going home in a ****ing ambulance" chant going

if the guy who organized the hijack wanted to be serious they could have lead the chanting and crowd quite easily

Nobody's going to jump the barricade, attack talent, and storm the castle. Hell why would you even want that? That wouldn't solve anything. It's entertainment. A minority of smarks chanting things on RAW aren't going to really change anything.

"you have to understand" no one expected nor wanted that we're not idiots, so dont treat me or others as such. it was dumb in wcw/ecw days it would be dumb now

Except "Fandangoing". And, you know, that's gone so well for him.

and yet that was done in a mocking manor and not intended to change anything about the product and look at that for a while it got mainstream acceptance with outside fans and even a chart place for the theme

Hogan vs. Andre on Rewind tonight. They probably skipped Hogan Vs. Bundy because they know how terrible of a match it was, lol.

shame Punk didn't return last night. imagine the pop if he had come through the crowd and helped Bryan take on the Authority.

WrestleMania 2 is a nothing show really. The boxing match is the most memorable thing on it.

I wish Trips was running NXT from the start cause then maybe Barrett/Cesaro and D-Bry would be Trips guys right now,I bet anything that Sami Zayn will be the next D-Bry in the next few years but with much more success cause of Trips.

Roman Reigns-Heir to Cena

Bray Wyatt-Next top heel

Seth Rollins-Next Jeff Hardy

Dean Ambrose-Next Rated R Edge or Randy Orton

Sami Zayn-Next Daniel Bryan

Adrian Neville or Corey Graves-Possibly next CM Punk

All Trips guys,Good thing they are all awesome lol

So Chicken McNuggets Punk (CM Punk) didn't show up on Raw in his hometown, eh? Looks like his exit was serious and not a work.

This thing with Daniel Bryan is a classic story of the underdog whom we root for and that's the kind of storytelling we need to see in wrestling and in comic books. I'm tired of writers writing for the villains and supporting characters and not the underdog main hero.

Raw from Chicago, IL came and went last night with no sign of CM Punk. I'll avoid the obvious pun available here, but WWE pulled a fast one on just about everybody. Most people will hide behind their use of "probably" or "possibly" to describe the situation, but it seemed like everyone was expecting it to happen. It was just too perfect to get us out of an awful WrestleMania XXX title match, but it didn't come to fruition. What happens from here is anyone's guess, but since Punk wasn't back in the most obvious place for him last night, it seems unlikely that he'll be back at all anytime soon.

There has been at least some discussion towards putting Daniel Bryan into a similar situation at WrestleMania XXX to Bret Hart at WrestleMania X, with Bryan having a match early in the show against Triple H before moving into the main event title match against Batista and Randy Orton. Right now though, it seems as though it was a creative meeting room idea only.

Sheamus suffered a laceration to his left forearm following his backstage brawl with Christian on Raw. He is not expected to miss any time.

The Undertaker has been added to two more upcoming Raw shows in Brooklyn, NY, and the "go home" show before WrestleMania XXX in Washington D.C.

Those of you with the WWE Network will be happy to hear that WWE is said to be still working towards getting every old Raw and Nitro available on the Network. As of right now, it doesn't seem likely to happen before WrestleMania XXX but it does appear to be on its way.

- In the videos above, Daniel Bryan talks with 97.1 The Ticket in Detroit. Here are some highlights:

* Regarding taking a Batista Bomb and a Pedigree on RAW, he's used to getting beat up on TV every week.

* He only got about two hours of sleep but said he wants to be the guy that WWE relies on because it means you're in a top spot.

* Bryan plugged tonight's live Main Event and SmackDown tapings, mentioning that his sister isn't a wrestling fan but she still likes to attend WWE events because of how entertaining they are.

* Bryan thinks people felt sympathy for him for being the underdog and that's how they began to connect with him. Bryan went on to say there's a mystery with all connections to crowds and he's very fortunate to have that connection.

* Bryan is glad Total Divas is there but he has on ambition to be a reality TV star. He says filming it is hard work. Bryan says he and Kane pitched the idea of a "Two Dudes" reality show when they were partners.

* Bryan says he is a huge Seattle Seahawks fan but does not follow football. He says he's not a bandwagon jumper because he followed them when they were 2-14.

* Bryan mentioned how the WWE talents are always told that their "belts" are championships and titles. "Belts hold up your pants" Bryan mocked.

- Last night's episode of WWE RAW from Chicago was the most-watched show on cable for the night, doing a 1.6 adults 18-49 rating, even with last week.

This week's show averaged 4.576 million viewers, down just a bit from last week's 4.661 million viewers with Hulk Hogan's return. The first hour drew 4.672 million viewers, the second hour drew 4.620 million viewers and the third hour drew 4.438 million viewers.

- As noted, Japanese star Seiya Sanada won the TNA X Division Title this past weekend and will be coming to TNA for several months. The idea behind TNA bringing Sanada in is that they will be bringing back some of the old school, high-flying X Division matches to the company.

I think if you look at last nights show there really was nothing wrong with it as regards progression of the angles throughout. In fact some really strong work was done with The Shield and The Bray/Cena angle, simple but effective.

Brock beating up Henry again was a bit tired but Heyman's promo was gold and they used the Punk situation to give him a real stake in the streak match.

The Usos tag title win has been coming for a while and the crowd gave them a great moment, having it happen in a hot wrestling town was a good idea overall.

The nuts and bolts all come down to the Bryan situation, the choices already made are largely at fault but they are booking the path from there.

I think the only thing that would have satisfied quite a lot of fans is if Bryan had cut the mother of all shoot promos and then beat Triple H bloody before pinning Batista and being confirmed as getting added to the triple threat at Mania.

Truth is the booking path in the cold light of day was logical, Bryan is not pandering to the crowd IMO as the angle is the people and their wish for change vs The Authority, I'm sorry but he is not gonna cut a Punk style promo as he just doesn't have the type of personality for it, and while I felt utter disgust for Triple H and Steph when you think about it, isn't that the point of heels?

I also don't get why so many are upset that Triple H left Bryan laying. Look at how it happened, it took FOUR of them to finally put him down and it showed Bryan getting to Triple H as he was angry rather than smug at the end, Steph kicking him lightly with her foot garnered a lot of heat, again that is what heels are supposed to do.

I get why everyone has no faith, I don't have any myself, WWE have shown a complete lack of understanding their own fanbase and any good that comes from this angle will be a case of them finally listening, anyone who thinks this was the booking plan from the start is ripe to be sold a bridge in Brooklyn.

All I'm saying is that if you take the disappointment of No Punk and the distrust WWE have earned out of it, the booking of last nights show makes sense. We'll know when Mania is over if they truly get it for sure, but the course that is seemingly being plotted is the only one viable under the circumstances.

Bryan doesn't have Punk's personality, I understand that. But 6 months of screwjobs and frustration should reach a boiling point, don't you think? Bryan eventually exploded from being called the "weak link" last year. After all of the verbal jabs, he should be angry enough to strike back with something. At least something about how Triple H is a B + player who rode the coattails of Shawn Michaels. Just something. Even if it's just once. Enough for to Triple H and Stephanie to be stunned.

I still feel like Bryan has to end up in the title match. Having two heels go head to head in the title match in front of 70,000 bored fans just goes against every common sense rule of booking. And last night they even made them cozy up to each other a bit. There's no heat there.

If there's no stipulation on the Trips match, it all just feels hollow.

There's just no reason I can fathom them not finding a way to get Bryan into the main event besides just plain stubbornness and intentionally wanting to stick it to the IWC.

It seems to me that WWE are deliberately keeping their booking ambiguous to have people thinking, "It kinda feels like Daniel Bryan could be playing a role in the main event, so... maybe?", and are hoping this will dupe Bryan fans who would otherwise be not buying the show out of protest to shell out the cash in hopes of a surprise title win. That's not gonna be me, though. I'll be sad if I miss a surprise title win, but unless Daniel Bryan is announced to be in that title match beforehand, or at least in the mix to get in the title match if he beats HHH, I'm not buying.

I hope, just once, we get to end a Raw with Daniel Bryan really, truly getting one over on HHH and Stephanie. Here's what I'd do. Have Bryan play the part of getting increasingly desperate, begging Bryan for a match. And HHH keeps on refusing. So, finally, Bryan comes out, all humble and pleading, showing that he's drafted up a contract saying that, if HHH beats him at WrestleMania, he can never challenge for the World Title again, or something like that. And THIS entices HHH, and he graciously agrees to a contract signing later that night. And so HHH comes out for the signing, him and Bryan sign the contract, and then Bryan lays him out, turns the page in the contract, and reads the small print.... that if Bryan beats HHH, he gets to challenge for the World Title at WrestleMania, by being added into the Orton/Batista match. And it turns out this whole "Please let me fight you HHH!" shtick has been an elaborate ploy to get what the fans REALLY want. Cue some classic shocked open-mouthed gaping from HHH and Steph, to really hammer home that Bryan might just actually have what it takes to get one over on them.

Am I the only one still having issues with the WWE Network? Maybe it's just me internet connection... :/

Fans these days reading too many comic books...

(Paraphrasing the man who is only in the WM main event because he is starring in a comic book movie this summer)

If that happened, I would mark out like a little b****. :woot:

WWE is too ape-minded to do something as cool and simple as this. :o

Do you want to see nothing but Daniel Bryan yes gifs if that happens?

:cwink:

It's simple, because it sets up Daniel Bryan as the ultimate underdog, and adds drama and tension to the whole night. He has to beat HHH, which is by no means going to be seen as a sure thing by fans given HHH's reputation. Then, you have Bryan win a hard-fought match, and post-match the Authority beat down Bryan and injure him. So then you have the ultimate "against the odds" scenario, where Bryan - already at a disadvantage due to being in a match VS two fresh opponents, then beaten down and injured to boot - has to fight two heel opponents who decide to team up against him. And if he STILL manages to win, it could be one of the most triumphant WrestleMania XXX finales EVER.
