FINALLY got my ROH Supercard of Honor in NOLA tickets!! :awesome:

Bryan just had a rather grueling match with Kane and he won of course. Those two display some strong psychology in their matches despite my lack of interest in Kane's ring work these days.

How was the live stream? I watched Bryan vs Kane but was busy during the rest of the show.

Main Event is now live?,Watching RR 2000 on the network and so I'll check out ME after it

I'm the kid that pats Bob Backlund on the back when he exits through the crowd. I was 13. True story! :woot:

So I'm hearing Daniel Bryan owned Batista on the mic at Smackdown and Ziggler lost to Christian after getting distracted by ADR.

I think if you look at last nights show there really was nothing wrong with it as regards progression of the angles throughout. In fact some really strong work was done with The Shield and The Bray/Cena angle, simple but effective.

Brock beating up Henry again was a bit tired but Heyman's promo was gold and they used the Punk situation to give him a real stake in the streak match.

The Usos tag title win has been coming for a while and the crowd gave them a great moment, having it happen in a hot wrestling town was a good idea overall.

The nuts and bolts all come down to the Bryan situation, the choices already made are largely at fault but they are booking the path from there.

I think the only thing that would have satisfied quite a lot of fans is if Bryan had cut the mother of all shoot promos and then beat Triple H bloody before pinning Batista and being confirmed as getting added to the triple threat at Mania.

Truth is the booking path in the cold light of day was logical, Bryan is not pandering to the crowd IMO as the angle is the people and their wish for change vs The Authority, I'm sorry but he is not gonna cut a Punk style promo as he just doesn't have the type of personality for it, and while I felt utter disgust for Triple H and Steph when you think about it, isn't that the point of heels?

I also don't get why so many are upset that Triple H left Bryan laying. Look at how it happened, it took FOUR of them to finally put him down and it showed Bryan getting to Triple H as he was angry rather than smug at the end, Steph kicking him lightly with her foot garnered a lot of heat, again that is what heels are supposed to do.

I get why everyone has no faith, I don't have any myself, WWE have shown a complete lack of understanding their own fanbase and any good that comes from this angle will be a case of them finally listening, anyone who thinks this was the booking plan from the start is ripe to be sold a bridge in Brooklyn.

All I'm saying is that if you take the disappointment of No Punk and the distrust WWE have earned out of it, the booking of last nights show makes sense. We'll know when Mania is over if they truly get it for sure, but the course that is seemingly being plotted is the only one viable under the circumstances.
Absolutely agree. Well said my friend.

- It was pitched at one point to have Bad News Barrett come out and do a "bad news" segment on CM Punk at last night's RAW in Chicago but it was nixed.

- There are people within WWE that feel CM Punk is probably not coming back and that he's mentally done with wrestling. We'll have more on this tomorrow.

FINALLY got my ROH Supercard of Honor in NOLA tickets!! :awesome:
Are you going to the NYC NJPW joint show? Got my tickets last night and all that was left was general admission second balcony. Still, first ROH show I'm going to in nearly 2 years, and Liger's gonna be there so it's worth it.

Am I the only one still having issues with the WWE Network? Maybe it's just me internet connection... :/

Try pausing it for a minutes then play,It usually works for me when I have lag issues,I'm watching a ppv and it had major lag at first but paused it and has been working smoothly now

So the Shield apparently reconciled the issue from last night and it looks like Christian/Sheamus's feud is going to intertwine with an ADR and Ziggler feud. ADR costed Ziggler a match against Christian and I can almost guarantee Ziggler will cost ADR a match against Sheamus.

- There was no dark match before tonight's WWE TV tapings and the live Main Event in Detroit.

- Monday's WWE RAW scored a 3.26 cable rating, down from last week's 3.31 rating. As noted, this week's show averaged 4.576 million viewers, down just a bit from last week's 4.661 million viewers.

- WWE stock jumped 13% today and closed at $26.24 per share. It peaked at a new 52-week high earlier in the day at $26.49 per share. WWE stock closed at $23.20 on Monday.

- Despite the crowd reaction in Chicago for last night's RAW, most of the CM Punk related tweets coming into WWE's social media department during RAW were negative against Punk with most fans being upset that he "walked out."

Damn it!! From what I can tell, Sheamus beat ADR but with no Ziggler involvement. It'll probably still intertwine both feuds at some point though.

I always believed/still do and always will believe that the Attitude Era was overrated..However 2000 was a damn good year for WWF and had forgotten how good it was!

Yup. Got 4th row. I decided to get the tickets to that show instead of the WWE Network for...reasons.

And Apparently Bryan and Big Show beat Kane and Batista in the Tag main event.

- Thanks to David Douglas (@@DavidDouglas88) for the following WWE SmackDown spoilers from tonight's tapings in Detroit:

* Batista kicks off SmackDown with a promo until Daniel Bryan interrupts him. Kane ends up coming out and beating Bryan down. Big Show makes the save. Vickie Guerrero comes out and makes tonight's main event - Kane and Batista vs. Show and Bryan. Batista had the spotlight back on him this time.

* Christian vs. Dolph Ziggler with Alberto Del Rio on commentary is next. Christian gets the win after Del Rio distracted Ziggler from the announce table.

* The Usos defeated Curtis Axel and Ryback.

* Eva Marie and Natalya defeated AJ Lee and Tamina Snuka when Natalya made AJ tap out with a Sharpshooter.

* The Shield come out and cut a promo about how they need to be The Shield again like before. Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose end up hitting each other before they reunite.

* Sheamus defeated Alberto Del Rio with a Brogue Kick.

* Big E defeated Jack Swagger. There was more tension between Swagger and Cesaro.

* Another promo from Lana and Alexander Rusev.

* Batista and Kane vs. Big Show and Daniel Bryan is next. Show and Bryan cut a promo before the match and pick on their opponents. They've named their team, "Respect The Beard, Fear The Giant." Bryan and Show get the win when Show hits a knockout punch on Kane and Bryan rolls him up. SmackDown ends with Bryan leading a "Yes!" chant while sitting on Show's shoulders.

25 minutes of a lot of new stuff I didn't know before like WWE planting the seeds 3 years prior to the match happening. Hogan gives insight along with Hart surprisingly giving positive comments about him. They showed a lot of vintage footage building up the main event.

Background on Andre was gone over. He also didn't even want to work the match, but McMahon talked him into it.

I was 5 years old at the time and the moment I saw Hogan performing the amazing physical feat of bodyslamming The original Giant, I became a wrestling fan for life.
