Toy Story 4

There's also an updated synopsis I think that gives us a better idea of the whole Bo Peep thing:

Woody (voice of Tom Hanks) has always been confident about his place in the world, and that his priority is taking care of his kid, whether that’s Andy or Bonnie. So when Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy, Forky (voice of Tony Hale), declares himself as “trash” and not a toy, Woody takes it upon himself to show Forky why he should embrace being a toy. But when Bonnie takes the whole gang on her family’s road trip excursion, Woody ends up on an unexpected detour that includes a reunion with his long-lost friend Bo Peep (voice of Annie Potts). After years of being on her own, Bo’s adventurous spirit and life on the road belie her delicate porcelain exterior. As Woody and Bo realize they’re worlds apart when it comes to life as a toy, they soon come to find that’s the least of their worries.

Hence the romantic comedy angle.

There are talks of a Super Bowl Spot.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but... Bo Beep looks kind of badass?

So when Bonnie’s beloved new craft-project-turned-toy, Forky (voice of Tony Hale), declares himself as “trash” and not a toy
Forky's right, Woody. By all logic he shouldn't even be alive.

It reads like they had an idea for a half movie each but since they needed a full 2 hours, combined them.

That's what I'm thinking. It doesn't sound to me like something that really needed to be a full length movie. Maybe two half hour specials, like the Halloween short.

She thicc. It'll happen.

I want to trust Pixar, but this sounds like a cash grab.

Sadly, Pixar isn't what it used to be. I'm still excited about Toy Story 4 but I'm getting a bit ready for a slight disappointment.

What a strange comment when one of their best movies Coco was released a year ago. Let alone Incredibles 2 was a very worthy sequel.

Inside Out, Coco, Finding Dory (I perfer it to Nemo) and The Incredibles 2 all in the last 4 years. Heck, they even finally made a good Cars movie. :hehe:

I'll give you guys Inside Out, Coco, and Incredibles 2, but Dory was good but unnecessary.

Their sequels have been good to not so great. Nothing in line with the originals. I was a big fan of Toy Story 2 but after I realized it’s the same movie as Toy Story 1.

Agreed. I am still looking forward to this movie regardless.

I mean what more can you do? The story is always about the toys having some personal crisis about where they belong.

Not do a sequel? The third one seemed wrap up loose ends and give everyone a nice send-off.

This one just feels like a plain cash grab instead of making a movie because they also have a full interesting story to tell.

Disney has plenty of other movies coming out this year that are going to help their bottom line.
