I assume this is appealable, as she is claiming all special counsels are unconsititutional, that means every special counsel that has ever been appointed is unconstititional, this is extremly poor decision

He has been held accountable in New York, though my understanding, he plans on appealing the fraud verdict, but he was held accountable for both E. Jean Carrol and the Trump corporation fraud, but the other one, while he is guilty the supreme court gave him total immunity, but this one in Florida is infuriating as this was national security, acts he did in clear violation of is duty as president, i can sort of understand a stray one here and there, but 300 boxes he tried to hide and lied about, come on, this was clear case, i mean virtually every judge he appointed of late including 3 supreme court justices and the Cannon in Florida are all paying off for him, screw the law

IDK about that one either, Trump keeps finding ways to delay, having gone after the crediblity of the DA and even though one judge found no inpropiataries another appeals court (conservative) decided to hear the appeal, so its delayed indefinently in Georgia
