So Megatron basically replaces The Ark as a plot device? Ohhkaayy.

Do they explain where they get their unlimited supply of energy from? Are they nuclear powered? Antimatter reactor powered? Singularity? What? Do they eat? So, different types of energy are no longer a sort of "food" for them (meaning they don't prefer one kind over another).

Why are they fighting? Are they fighting solely over the magical Last Engineer/Giver of Life (ripped straight out of Gobots) thingy?

Bumblebee is being "interrogated?" Why? Can't they just hook up an interface into a computer and get his information?

I'll just spoiler tag it, but some of it is a little speculation.

They get there power from the allspark, it seems to be rigged up to supply power to the planet, I guess they must plug themselves into some kinda port for a recharge. When Megatron falls through the ice he states that his "energon levels are depleted including his backup supply", so I guess energon is the fuel sorce of the allspark. Megatron also claims to not know what ice is lol.

They fight because of the allspark, simple as that. Autobots protect it from Megatron because he want to exploit its power.

BB gets interrogated by Megs about the location of the allspark as he is trying to find it. However BB stalls for time so some of the other autobots can launch the allspark into space away from megs. They dont exchange infomation any other way other then verbally.

Shockwave isn't in it, niether is the Guardians. Arcee fights along side BB but she is killed by Megaron while he interrogates Bumblebee. Arcee is about the size of a human, she looks pathetic. Some of the Decepticons show similarities to other Decepts in G1 such as the Insecticons and the "Flyboys" like Skywarp, Thrust, and Derge, but they have heads like Shockwave.

Oh yeah, and sector 7 is in it when they spot BB crashing on Mars. Hope this helps. Its interesting to note that the preview picture for issue 3 is of Brawl shotting at Jazz on Earth, so I have no idea what issue 3 will be about.

The y come out around the 20th/21st of each month. Two more issues (April and May) then one issue a week in June for the comic adaptation of the movie.

Hey, I was just flipping thru issue 2 and noticed that on page 15, you can see what appears to be a couple fragments of Beast Wars Megatrons golden disc. The big chunk had the little part of G1 Megatrons message that he showed to Ravage. That'd be cool to see in the background of the movie but I doubt that'll happen.

I don't think so. While they may have rewritten it since, the fact that Megatron and Optimus Prime [BLACKOUT]are brothers[/BLACKOUT] is pretty much stated as fact in the script and the writers use it to give their rivalry more gravity (tho it ends up coming off as contrived).

Prime is a robot with an encyclopediac brain. He would have chosen his words differently if he didn't mean exactly that.... Unless this is just like his use of "my bad."

I hope this has been changed.
