I had a friends ask me after seeing X1, what Sabertooth's mutant abilities were. After explaining them to her she said o.k, cause really in X1 you have to kinda guess what they are.
Now in Wolverine we get the same deal. I mean it's obvious this film was made moreso for the general audience who have limited exposure to the X-Men universe outside the movies; and we know Victor and Wolverine are brothers, but again, i had another person ask me what his mutant abilities are.....
....my question is, why can't the film makers show it? All we need is a quick shot of his face being wounded and it healing...that's it. They constantly do it for Logan...hell, even Deathstrike got the 'healing shot'. Why on earth after two films can't we get one for Sabes...?

And yes, for the general public, most of whom have never pick up a comic in their life, spelling it out for them IS kinda needed. For those of us who are familiar with the X-Verse it may feel like it's spelling out the obvious, but when these film makers are introducing new characters, to people who have neither never heard The name 'Blob' notrknow what he's about then that's exactly what's needed.
