I thought Disney was done with those stupid ass DTV cheapquels
The first one was cheap too.
EDIT: Oh, but you meant Brother Bear 2?
Looks good, can't wait to pick it up.
I really liked the first one, can't wait for the second. I'm glad we are getting these. Even if they are a mix of orginal and Ultimate.
wow more aliens...yawn
Can't wait to see it!!! Need more! First was so good!
Maybe this will explain the randomness of the Chitauri in the first one. Otherwise not interested.
Lionsgate has released the official date and details on the upcoming Ultimate Avengers 2: Rise of the Panther DTV DVD.
Description: Earth's mightiest heroes reunite to save humanity once again. Mysterious Wakanda. It lies in the darkest heart of Africa, isolated and unknown to most of the world. Brutal alien invaders are coming, soon to fill every sky and control every land, seeking what is buried beneath its lands. That leaves Wakanda's young king Black Panther with a single option: The Avengers.
DVD Details: Lionsgate's Ultimate Avengers 2: Rise of the Panther is due on August 8th and arrives with a 1.78:1 anamorphic transfer and Dolby Digital 5.1 & 2.0 tracks. Extras include "The Ultimates" featurette, a gag reel, "What Avenger Are You?" DVD-ROM feature and first looks at the upcoming "Iron Man" and "Dr. Strange" animated features. Retail is $19.99.
Oh heck yeah I'm picking this one up, The Hulk returns!!! Hopefully he'll be park of the team and not fighting them.
I was really hoping they would've been fighting the Red Skull or Ultron or another superpowered villain, but hey, they could be fighting the Sesame Street gang and I'd still buy it. Iron Man, Hulk and the rest fighting Aliens again is better than not having anything at all.
First looks at the upcoming "Iron Man" and "Dr. Strange" animated features.
Now this I really like!!
I never read the Ultimates line before. Does Thor have an axe?
He has this axe/hammer thing. Still named Mjolnir and not being able to be lifted by anyone, except for Hulk, cause he's so friggin strong
I think I may rent this time. I won't fall for it again. I kind of regret buying the first one.
That cover art is aweful.
I dunno, I'm not really diggng the costume (panther)
It's a half hammer/ha;f axe. It's actually a more acureate Viking War Hammer than 616 mjolnir.
I did, however, enjoy the first one & will be picking this one up-bad BP costume or not.
I'm gonna be broke in August.
After seeing the first movie, I decided not to pick it up on DVD. I probably won't be picking up the second.
another one i'm waiting to view on youtube.
based on the first one i wasn't really impressed.
and for the love of god they should give thor back his ****ing facial hair....
Why "Rise of the Panther"? He's already king.
I can't wait for this one. One of my favorite adaptions. Right up there with Hellboy, Batman Begins, and Superman II. I can't wait to see some BP action and hopefully some Hawkeye as well.
I hope it's longer than the first though. That was the only bummer. It looks like Klauser will be the main villain in this one considering the first movie was only a set up. Looks like we're gonna have some great fights in this one. ...God I wish they'd give Thor his facial hair though.
As I've said before, it should be a law that Thor b drawn with facial hair. He's a ****ing Viking. viking's have beards. It's that simple.
And Grow Out His Hair While You're At It. My Wife Didn't Recognize Him.
The first was lackluster in my opinion.
I am not liking the Black Panther costume, but I am glad that he is in it.
The name sounds like it is going to have a good plot, unlike the first one.
...And I get to see that crack addict Bruce Banner again.
