I've always wondered why they had Pete on the hood of that car like that. I't looks real awkward.

i was just thinking the same thing
kind of a dukes of hazard thing goin' on. :o

er, if you don't mind me asking, what's the point of this thread...

all these coveres can be seen at spiderfan.org

if you are going to end up posting nearly all 100 of them, wouldn't that just be spamming?

I mean the thread doesn't even have any discussion based focal point.

O...K...

Ummm, why?!?

If this was a countdown thread to USM#100 I could understand it, but this is about as random as threads get. lol

Actually, thats what i was doing, i just forgot to say it

Yeah, suuuuure.

I'd like to know how you can do a countdown to a date that we don't even know yet. Pretty clever that, I must admit.

Possible USM#100 release dates:

September 6th: 86 days from yesterday (nope, too late)
September 13th: 93 days from yesterday (too late again)
September 20th: 100 days from yesterday (oooh! lucky guess maybe?)
September 27th: 107 days from yesterday (too early)

Wouldn't it just of been easier to wait a few more days until we know the actual release date before doing this?

Once a week, I will be putting up an Arc.
I wanted to do it a little differant from ManOfBat's

So you're going to be finished by mid-August then in that case. That makes sense.:up:

What are you counting down to again? lol

I was just about to say you can see these at Spiderfan.org.

At about issue 20 you could start putting up the same cover over and over and no one would probably know the difference.

Ultimate SPider-Man is one of my favorite books but most of the covers look the same.

Ben,

I just noticed this thread...Thanks for using my cover, etc.

I just wanna say that in about 1-2 weeks, you may want edit the cover file names, as they are all getting a definite upgrade in quality. As of this writing, I have #71- 95 upgraded, but all the others will arrive soon.

The present image names are "Ultimate#.JPG", and will be replaced with "UltimateSpider-Man###.JPG".

The same thing happened when Themanofbat began his Countdown Game 3 thread that coincides with the release of the third movie next year,

Trust me on the effort to change the filenames, the quality will be MUCH better:)

Ok, cool.
Thank you.
I'm glad you like this, when I first saw your name in the newest reply area, I thougt I was gonna be killed.

Ben,

Not at all...USM is much smaller in comparison to ASM, so it's no biggie really. ASM was a major pain to upgrade, but that is the "BIG" book anyways,

Eric
