Due to my newfound disdain for the X-Men series I have to go with...

No...I think it has to do with the fact that you've rubbed people the wrong way with a slightly 'holier than thou' attitude about your film knowledge...

That and your match ups make absolutely NO sense.

I mean...a Bond film against a Zombie film? X3 against 2 fast 2 furious?

Generally one makes an attempt to have some sort of connection between the opponents in a tournament like this, and you aren't evening trying to find common ground between these films you're choosing...

What's the matter? Is it to hard to choose? This is the perfect tournament, unbiased towards mine or anyone elses opinion. They are completely random matchups which should ensure that the best film at the end is indeed the best film of all time.

I will admit, I seriously thought about having seperate brackets for each genre but then it is uneven. Too many comedies and horror's and not enough dramas or historical pics. I have determined that random matchups are best. It eliminates my personal preferences, which I do think are right, and allows me to analyze things more closely and make a more educated decision. I was hoping it would do the same for everyone else too.

It's a 1024 movie tournament! Of course, connections are sparse!
