Well... the thing that makes me think she's the real Gwen is the way she looks. All the other clones have costumes, or at least decent clothes - Gwen has that beat-up hospital gown and her hair looks like it hasn't been washed in months.

So, either the Gwen we saw die was the clone, and the real one was kidnapped to prevent anyone from realizing, or Gwen was somehow brought back to life - which seems less likely.

That reminds me, has Ultimate Curt Conners appeared yet in this Clone Saga story arc?
I haven't read USM in a while and when last I saw Curt, he was turning himself in to the authorities for his role in the creation of Carnage.
