Good lord, that look is worse than I thought. They just copied Drake's look and pasted it onto a young Drake. So are you telling me Nathan Drake has worn the same clothes since he was that young? It's just cynical.

Maybe Tom Holland in 20 years would have been ok for this. He looks much better than I imagined. The outfit jumps off the page like Nate Drake, great costume. But the face just doesn't match at all. I'm a big Tom Holland fan but this still doesn't feel right. The budget and ambition seem to be right finally for a big video game movie, just a shame the casting has been so strange. Even if the film winds up being great, it just won't feel like it has the same link to the game with the characters being so different.

Yeah I've said before Uncharted was/is such a layup for making a VG movie but they instead decided to go left with it.

Hope I'm proven wrong but with some clear disregard for the source material and especially with Ruben Fleisher (who imo has only directed one good movie) and Art Marcum & Matt Holloway (writers of Iron Man ...Punisher War Zone, Transformers: The Last Knight, and Men in Black: International ) I don't have much faith.

He’s been pretty built for a few years now. He was a lot buffer in FFH than in Homecoming even.
