Even with good looks, you don't just become a world famous model, you have to be trying really hard and doing it for years. And things have to be working out for you....
MJ had it hard from time to time and Peter was there to support her, they support each other. I don't get how it's so hard to understand. It's reasonable. Like even ignoring the fact that this is a world of super heroes and stuff, it still makes logical sense.
(I'm not trying to force anyone to agree with me. I honestly just don't get the other side. Like it doesn't make sense to me.)
