Drama USA_White Collar Series Thread

Mozzie came through on every level last night! The stuff with Mrs. Suit and the bug was great.

I'm glad Neal finally had some doubts about Kate and actually acknowledged how Peter seems to have this inexplicable ability to find her while Mozzie doesn't.

What's up with that chess piece postcard?

Another great episode this week, the cases I think are getting stronger by the week and the banter between Peter and Neal just keeps delivering as their friendship grows, love the fact Elizabeth and Mozzie are getting more time as well.

Promo for next weeks episode.

"I didn't know FBI meant Full Body Inspector?"

I am loving this show, and it just seems to get better and better

i recently caught an episode on tv and got caught up; i gotta say, i've been surprised by the quality of the show and i like it more than burn notice right now.

good stuff.

Undercover Peter should be great next week

I love this show, it has such and old school feel to it.

How they caught the bad guy totally killed the episode for me. Way too outlandish.

I eas a little disappointed with this episode. I knew there would be a "Neal repays old lady who set him up in nice place" episode, but it was kind of weak.

The writers really need to work on their convenient ending problem. But overall this was an amazing episode. Neal really needs to stop lying to Peter cause he always finds out and not in some contrived stupid way either.

I love that Peter always finds out. Him acting annoying to get Neal out of the room was brilliant. It shows that Peter is Neal's equal, which he should be. It would be terrible if it were like Monk where Peter and all of the FBI are bumbling morons and Neal is the only smart one. I love that Peter is on Neal's level.

Anyhow, I loved last night's episode. Neal and Peter in an odd couple scenario was great.

That odd coupling of them were beautiful I kept expecting that odd couple theme to pop in. Which would of put me in taars with laugher.

Didn't feel this was one of the better stories but the Neal/Peter dynamic keeps things entertaining and I loved the morse code touch, Neal knowing despite their little argument that Peter wouldln't let him down and look for an anomally rather than just thinking he'd ran.

More of Alex as well please! :hehe:

I wonder if she'll be replacing someone. Maybe Jones dies or gets transferred or something. That would make me sad. :csad:

That was one of my favorite scenes of the episode. It's definitely a great idea to remind the audience that Peter is as smart as Neal, he just does things differently.

They really haven't done a good job handling the two underling agents(I like Jones, but he has no defining traits yet) so God knows how they'll handle three.

On the plus side, three minority FBI agents on one show? And the white guy's the criminal. Weird.:hehe:

Haha, I never thought of that before. Nice. :D

I guess replacing Jones wouldn't be horrible. He really doesn't have much in the way of personality at this point. They might as well have named him "Average Joe." At least Cruz had that bit of sexual tension with Neal early on.

Downloaded all the episodes and starting show right now. Definitely seems like something I like. And I thought Bomer was great in Chuck, so I hope he's equally as amazing in this show.

Jones doesn't need defining qualities. He is there pretty much just to add consistency and not have a different extra being Peter's underling agent each week. The real focus is on Peter and Neal's relationship with some Mozz and Elizabeth on the side. To take the focus off of them to develop Jones would be a waste of time, IMO. That said, for a glorified extra, he is likable enough so I hope they don't replace him.

If anything, Natalie Morales probably just got a new project so they are replacing her with Diana.

I agree in principle--Jones doesn't need to be developed--but it'd be nice. It also seems like a waste of Sharif Atkins, who's a pretty great actor in my book, to have Jones be a non-entity forever. Maybe in another season or two they'll devote an episode to him. Once shows hit season 3, that seems to be when they start delving into the "little guys" around the main characters.

I haven't seen Chuck, but Bomer is great in White Collar. He's good enough to make Neal Caffrey's incredible, nigh-inhuman charisma seem believable. :)

I'm not saying we need to know his identity in-and-out. I just figured he'd have a certain point of view to cases like he always points out how it could go wrong or the impossiblities of a situation. A cyncial agent etc.

I probably should have said quirk.
