This is my ideal scenario:
ASM3 - I'm not sure who will be the villain(s), but introducing both Brock and the symbiote needs to happen here. My suggestion would be Chameleon playing a minor role similar to Rhino. He starts committing crimes and posing as black-suit Spider-Man, causing New York to go into panic. Brock publishes an article for the Bugle claiming Spider-Man is dangerous to the public. Eventually Spider-Man exposes Chameleon and proves himself innocent which gets Brock fired from his job. A mid or post-credits scene shows Brock finding the symbiote.
ASM4 - This would be the movie that every fan of Venom has waited to see: Spider-Man vs. Venom with no other villains. I'd have it based on ASM #300 and 315-317. Brock charming May and stalking Peter would be cool scenes to finally see on the big screen. I'd love to see the movie end with the final fight between the two in ASM #317. Peter realizes that he can't defeat Venom and removes his own suit, tempting the symbiote to re-bond with him. Slowly the symbiote attempts to leave Brock, but having already bonded permanently together and the shock of separating kills them both.
As for the Venom spin-off, it could go into two completely different directions. The first one would be revealing that Brock has survived and is now in custody, along with his cell mate Cletus Kasady. The symbiote, alive as well, tracks Brock down and proceeds to re-bond with him. Venom breaks out of prison and leaves behind enough symbiote to bond with Kasady.
The other one would be Agent Venom with Flash Thompson. They need to use Venom as a villain in the main series first though.
